Everything was great. If I had to find a tiny fault it was I only had 1 pillow on my bed but I folded a blanket to use under my pillow and all was well. Bed very comfortable.

Location was right in heart of old town. Lots of stairs however there are stairs to every property. The terrace was a major bonus. Beautiful place to sit for breakfast and a night cap at the end of the night. Felt like 2 apartments which was fab. 7 friends in our party, 4 slept upstairs sharing a bathroom and 4 downstairs. Lots of room. The owner arranged airport pick ups and drop offs and her cousin met us out of the taxi to guide us to the accommodation. Very helpful. I had been worried aboyt the cash payment up front then balance on arrival. Absolutely no problem at all.

The location was excellent, right in the old town, all be it up 104 steps. The outside space was a great asset, a place to chill. More than enough space for 5 adults Kitchen well appointed with anything you require

The house is very centrally located inside the walls of old town Dubrownik. However the street is not a normal street. It consists of rather steep stone steep. The climb form the main street to the house requires a good condition or severeal pauses on the way. It is not for disabled or weak persons.

We stayed a family group of 9 people in Ivica's house on Oct. 15th. - 20th. 2023. The house fully lived up to our expectations and the description an pictures at Booking.com. The communication with Ivica by mail and sms was easy, and he always answeared quickly. Points that needed attention from him was taken care of soonest possible by his assistants. Even though breakfast was mensioned as a possibility in the describtion, there was no breakfast service. However, Ivica arranged that we could get catering from a nearby restaurant. As we found that too expensive, he instead put us in connection with a local chef and his wife whom we rented to come to the house and prepare breakfast for us each morning during our 5-days stay. It functioned very well and they prepared some delicious full breakfasts for us.

This place was amazing! You couldn’t ask for a better location in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, and the home was gorgeous. There was an outdoor patio with plenty of space for our family of 11 to all spend time together. The host Ivica was amazing throughout the whole stay. He was very communicative and helpful, he even arranged taxi’s for us upon arrival from the ferry and departure to the airport. The check in process was seamless, with our Taxi dropping us off at the gates of old town (old town is a pedestrian zone), and Ivica’s cousin met us at the gate to show us to the house, give the key, and answer all our questions. If we ever go back to Dubrovnik we would stay here again in a heartbeat, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Truly a wonderful stay. I want to add a couple of notes about things I noticed in other reviews: the cash only payment method was something I was unfamiliar with and it made me nervous at first, but it ended up being very safe and secure. There are a lot of stairs in Old Town so anywhere you go in the city, you’re going to do some climbing! And finally, a few reviews mentioned cat pee. We saw cats roaming everywhere in the city (and the other places we stayed in Croatia), so that didn’t bother us. There was no urine smell on the patio or around the house. Again, this was a 10/10 stay, highly recommend!

There was always a couple cats in the garden. This was fine and didn’t cause an issue really but had to clear up their mess a bit. There is a hose on hand though to do this.

The location was amazing, right in the old town, minutes walk from the restaurants. The property was very clean. I recommend bringing walking shoes and no heels as there are lots of steps in the Old Town. Flips flops with backs are safer! Host was very easy to get hold of and answered questions quickly. Would definitely consider coming back. Filter coffee machine was a great.

There was a bit of smell in the upstairs bathroom but not unbearable. the upstairs shower works great for us as we’re not tall and large but may be a problem for others.

We loved the location, the quiet atmosphere, the spacious bedrooms and living area, best of all the generous outdoor patio which we used everyday. There were ample space for both families! Really useful and practical to have a washing machine which we ended up using one day. Both Ivica & Pero were super helpful, communicative and welcoming.

the cat pee and feces was terrible! we could not use the patio because of the smell and it lingered inside. The house could use a good clean it felt a bit dirty. Wish I could write a better review since the hosts were so kind, but the stay was uncomfortable due to the smell and cleanliness of everything.

The room upstairs requires some modernisation, but the logistics of doing this in the old town are a significant and costly barrier for the owners. Despite this, the rooms are still pleasant and clean.

The properties location was fantastic. It was located in the old town, so expect a lot of steps to the property. The downstairs of the property had recently been renovated, and these rooms were airy and modern. The outside space was a lovely addition, the owners were friendly and able to give excellent local knowledge.

First of all we liked the owners very much. They offered us help from the very arrival and also when we were going home, regarding parking, restaurants, everything we needed. Very nice people. Location of the Old House is fabulous, very near of Stradun. For three families, with three kids this house was the best option. And the stairs from the Stradun to the house kept us in good shape😉.
