Only 3 in 1 coffee provided so it’s very sweet. ( it’s such a small thing)

Exceptional service from Ivan. He drove to the property, helped me find a parking space and negotiated my car into a tiny space. The decor is very classy (apart from the odd plastic plant). The mattress on the bed is firm, which is personal taste. I particularly liked the barrel sink. Biscuits provided which is a nice touch. It’s a perfect location near sea and cathedral. No view though, but to me that didn’t matter. Fruit tea and green tea provided.

Great Location, nice sized bed and pretty cool designed bathroom. Host was really helpful and flexible with arrival times. He also helped me by taking photos of the wall where I scratched my car for an insurance claim so he really went above and beyond!

The entrance and the common area are not too charming. The view from the balcony: you can see part of the old town at distance but the parking just in front of the hotel is bit ugly. The balcony could have some shadow.

Great location in the heart of Zadar. Calm and quiet. Nice and comfortable apartment. Huge and modern bathroom.

Free parking right out in front. Wish we had known. Fantastic location and hostess met very quickly after our arrival. The room is done up with an air of luxury with a lot of little extras. Great shower and bathroom. Patio looks out over the old Roman forum (but also a parking lot). Counseled is on where to go and what to do.

We really enjoyed our stay in the silver room which was comfortable and clean with an interesting bathroom design. The apartment is in a perfect location to explore old town and relax by the waterfront. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and generous - would highly recommended!

Spotlessly clean, large room and bathroom with an excellent shower. Lots of time, thought and care has gone into the design of this room which is fitted out with quality items. Great location, close to all the attractions yet quiet at night. Check in / out was easy and straightforward.

The room was absolutely fantastic, extremely clean and lovely facilities. Hosts were great and very helpful with suggestions and explaining what was nearby. The location was perfect and had lots of restaurants and things close by.

Water pressure wasn’t amazing but it was absolutely fine given that the flat is in the old town.

the room is in a perfect location for easy access to old town. the room is spacious & has a fridge. Blinds close fully so great for people that don’t like to be woken up by the sun. There is a kettle to make tea & coffee. Two sets of nice towels provided & the bed is king size.

Location was really good - next to the forum and sea organ. Great for getting around the old town. 15 mins walk to Kolovare beach. Very modern bathroom. Host met us at the appartment and gave us some good tips for the town.

The apartment is in a perfect location in the Old Town of Zadar. Perfectly clean and all facilities to a high standard. The host could not have been more helpful or accommodating! All of her recommendations for food and excursions were amazing!

Water pressure on the shower was poor. The fridge in the room may be an issue for light sleepers (not for me, I was glad to have it, just a tip for others)

Great location 1min walk from Sea Organ and the Forum, good size of room, very efficient check in with Ivan, air conditioning, fridge in room.
