Central modern apartment. Fabulous balcony with unreal view of the sea. Also a terrace at the back. Everything you need was within walking distance. Lively bars behind the apartment with bands and dj, which we enjoyed at night. Host just a message away if needed. Highly recommended. John

Its not anything with the apartman itself, just right at the back of the building there is pub/restaurant where on friday and saturday there was big party with a lot of noise, what was disturbing. It was hard to rest.

We traveled as a family with a 4 year old. Tha apartman is in great location in the old town. Nicely renovated, and equiped with everything necesery. The owner was helpful, sent the info to get the keys the day before, and also come to check on the TV (the media box was not working, but just needed a restart). The rooms are big, the view is perfect.

It can be difficult to find a space for a car close to the apartment, even if you are willing to pay the high parking fee, and the free car park behind the park may be difficult to find a space in during high season.

The apartment was large and comfortably furnished with wonderful views. It is only a short walk to the lively bars, restaurants, shops and quay area with numerous daily boat trips. The host was very helpful and replied to messages very quickly. Would thoroughly recommend as there is so much to do nearby and even if the weather is bad, the apartment is a joy to spend time in.

The apartament was great! Living Room has amazing view on the sea. In apartament you can found everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. We could check in earlier. Great location, not far from the sea organ. Within 500 meters a lot of restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops. Definitely worth it!

Mattresses in bed too hard. The entrance hall and the entrance door look like you would see in a ghetto. But the apartment is made up nicely.

Entrance to building needs some attention, even just a paint job would help.

Great location with balcony back and front. Entrance to building could be improved but inside was well equipped.Thankful for the lift as on the 4th floor but it was very old and small.

A slightly later check out time would have been better. We couldn’t get the TV to work (which was only a minor problem that only bothered the children). A couple of night there was very load music from the restaurants/clubs close by.

Our host organised a taxi from the airport for us and even changed the pick-up time when the flight was delayed. The view from the balcony was stunning. Lots of facilities close by.

We stayed in this apartment for the second time and everything was spot on. Clean and spacious with very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the balcony (picture included😍)! No free parking however that wasn't a problem for us as we parked our car at free parking about 10min walk away from apartment. Will probably be staying again when we next time in Zadar.

The smaller bedroom at the back can be noisy from the bar behind the apartment. It was worse on the Saturday other nights not too bad.

The house in which the apartment is could use some renovating - but as mentioned the apartment itself is very well kept.

Entrance, staircase, elevator and the whole residential house is a bit older, unrepaired, compared to the renovated apartment it is a bit uncomfortable. In winter, heating in the bedrooms would not be bad, it was pleasant in the kitchen and living room, but it was a bit cold in the large bedroom in the night.

Great three bedroom apartment right on the Riva in Zadar. Well equipped, reconstructed, spacious kitchen with table and dining counter. Living room with a view to the sunset over the sea, balcony with sitting area with the same view. Second balcony with sitting in the shade in hot summer. Very close to the center and cafes. New functional bathroom, two bedrooms, one large, the other only the width of the bed, both with large beds.
