We enjoyed our stay there. The room is clean and spacious, the location is great and convenient (old town is very accessible by bus, bus stop is just few yards from the house). The owner is helpful and accommodating. If we ever come back to Dubrovnik, we will for sure stay here again.

My only issue was that it was difficult to see the sign to know we were at the correct location! There were no issues at the apartments themselves.

We arrived earlier than expected, so called and got the keys without any issue. The host was extremely helpful: he pointed out the parking, the facilities, and the bus schedule, which he recommended we use (and was definitely worth doing so). The location is a little away from Dubrovnik, but driving would have been nightmarish with all the tourists - and the old city is closed to vehicular traffic. Take the bus, which comes frequently and is pretty cheap.

Perfect quiet location by the beach, away from the chaos of the city but super easy to reach by bus. Restaurant and supermarket nearby. The owner was super friendly and helpful and gave us lots of useful information. What a beautiful surprise! Highly recommended.

The apartment has all you might need, is big, comfortable, clean and near to swimming area. Bus stop is right outside. Would definitely stay there again as it was affordable, beautiful and easy to travel to and from Old Town.

Super friendly and very helpful owner. Gave great advice about transport and restaurants. Went out of his way to be there for us when we needed help. Location was perfect for travelling into Dubrovnik centre. Peaceful and quiet in the evenings.

Everything was great! Had an amazing stay and Ivica was amazing. Gave us all the information on how to arrive prior to arrival with the bus from the ferry terminal and answered all the questions we had. The location is amazing, quiet and beautiful area with the bus stop right outside the house (bus 1A to go the old town and come back, it just takes about 15/20min and the ticket is 2€ per person) Thank you so much for everything Ivica, we will definitely be back!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and had a beautiful sea view (fjord-like view). Access by car is easy, parking is fine. Air-conditioning was great, the room was cool in a couple of minutes. We were lucky to find this apartment in the last minute.

The cleaning of the apartment could be much better. Big things were clean at first sight: bed sheets were clean, fresh towels, clean fridge, WC was clean but the kitchen tiles were splashed with grease (I didn't use the kitchen so a previous guest was the one), the bathroom floor was not wet mopped, so there were some stains (before I even use the bathroom) and there was dust in all the corners which I didn't understand since there's a drain in the middle of the bathroom making really easy to use water and soap on the floor and mopping afterwards, the room itself had a spider web in the corner with the wardrobe at the floor so there wasn't properly clean either and we can talk about the carpets by either side of the bed there were really dirty and stained!!!!

The apartment is very convinient located. It's outside Dubrovnik but you have a bus 1A running every 20-25' from right outside the apartment to Dubrovnik old city in 35 minutes for 2€. You have also a cafe and 2 supermarkets at 3 minutes by walking. The views of the river are really nice and the apartment itself is very big. The bathroom is also big with a very comfy shower. There's a good AC, fridge, kitchenette and a water boiler. The mattress was also good. The owner is nice, gave useful tips and communication was prompt before and during the stay. But because of the cleaning I won't repeat.

This place was a real gem -Ivicia was a really helpful man and was available via whatsapp with any queries or questions. The apartment, although basic had everything we needed and some we just like such as plug sockets by the bed, private bathroom, tv, cooking hot rings, fridge and kettle and a nice large terrace area. The most understated part however is how close it is to the water, to the local bus stop into town which is just outside on the main road and proximity to everything- we really loved the location, it was quiet, away from busy Dubrovnik centre and so peaceful. I have some mobility issues and although there are steps up to the main road it is nearly flat to go to the water and to walk along, also when you reach the main road it is flat to walk to the supermarket and to the nearby restaurant. There is a beach bar Vapor just within staggering distance which is also helpful 🤣 we had a lovely week and could not fault our hosts hospitality.

It was clean and we found everything we needed in the small kitchen. The bus station is in front of the house, so it very easy to go to Dubrovnik. It only takes a few minutes. The host is very nice and helps you with everything you need. There is parking as well, and a small terrace. It is very good for this price.
