Welcome cocktail was missing!, Beach was not clean, Sink leaking at the bedroom, Bedroom needs a small fridge. No water bottles available at the room. Body lotion at the bathroom as part of the service. Add more showers to remove the sand from body and taps to remove sand from feet. Towels availability at the pool or beach. The telephone extension didn’t work at our arrival. Lack of beach chairs ( with Umbrellas)to tan or just to stay at the beach front. And a bartender just in charge of the people at the beach chairs.

the pool needs some maintenance, the tiles inside the pool had came off, the breakfast selection is good but could be more diverse, like include cereal for the kids.

the staff was the best, specially our waiter during breakfast. The location is amazing, the rooms are supper comfortable and clean. the view from the room is great.

location as it was right at the beach. the greatest staff at the restaurant in this trip hands down, Alejandro was incredible he was our server two of the three days were there and he was amazing! kind attentive and paid attention in detail to our needs super incredible my 4 year old daughter loves him!

There's are things in the facility that haven't been well maintained. This used to be a very high end location in La Ceiba. The Maintenance shouldn't be neglected.

The breakfast was excellent, I only had a bowl of fruits and a cup of coffee, since I was taking the ferry to Roatan; nevertheless the food and the service was great.

The loud techno music that could be heard everywhere! I love to read by the pool, and the music was annoying!

The facilities were run down and maintenance of the seating areas was poor with peeling paint and lack of convenient seating around the tables. Sandy in reception was pleasant but gave us a two bed room when we had requested a large bed as we were on our anniversary. We were able to change but it sets a tone. The showers were hard to adjust between hot and cold. The bedding was all together and hard to separate the sheets from the covers. Not everyone likes the same temperature. The breakfast was poor and not refreshed and left out too long. We tried scrambled eggs and they were inedible due to too much salt. You can always add salt but hard to take out.

The location was nice but unfortunately was not very private and allowed incursion from people who were not guests. The bellboy was helpful on arrival.

I thought there was a hotel airport shuttle for some reason (the listing on booking perhaps) but there isn't. So rent a car or be comfortable with cabs, which is fine.

Breakfast was lovely, nice staff, clean place, next-door is an awesome live music and food spot called Palapa and another called Vela. Decent bar called Colibri a block away.

The pool needed maintenance, and the internet did not work. Hotel to expensive for the condition of hotel.

Location was amazing, restaurant staff very attentive, food was very good. But hotel in dire need of updating. My biggest complaint would be the internet never worked. I did bring this to hotel staff but it still never work in room.

The pictures of the hotel do not give the true conditions. The beach is almost nonexistent after hurricanes. The interior of the hotel is poorly painted. The pool was always cloudy with a sunscreen sheen on the top of the water.

The restaurant had very good food. It was expensive but it was good quality. The staff was friendly and were very attentive.
