We couldn't connect to any of the WiFi networks in our room (room G). Both night table lamps didn't have any lamps. After asking we got one lamp, so one did work. The bathroom was a bit small and the shower had cold water and low water pressure, so the bathroom wasn't comfortable.

The hostel has a nice big roof terrace where you can barbeque, multiple hammocks and a semi-nice view. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Also, we were able to securely park our motorcycles. The staff was really nice and helpful as well.

The property consists of two buildings - one where you check in and another with some additional rooms. We were in the second building. They give you a lift to get there it’s only round the corner. In this second building nobody knew who worked there and new arrivals were always a bit confused on who to ask things to. There was a buzzer for the gate that people would ring to gain access, I didn’t want to let anyone in but others did and it wasn’t clear if they should or not. The kitchen was massive and modern but had hardly any utensils or cooking equipment, no salt, oil, etc. Wi-Fi was patchy and didn’t reach our room. It’s fine for one night when you have to stop in Tegus.

Location was excellent... I walked into the old city centre in only twenty minutes. The area is also safe to walk around at night, with lots of food options nearby. The hostel itself is pretty, comfortable and relaxing.

The property is really divided into two sections, a main large house with several rooms, and the dorm in the back. The kitchen and social amenities are in the main house. Not a huge deal, but spending a little more could get you a private room with private bathroom in the main house.

The dorm is in the back of the property, which is convenient, as sometime there is ambience in the terrace and can get noisy. This being said, there are about 10 bunkbeds, stayed towards the back, there were only 3 other guests at the time. The dorm is quieter than the main house, although no noise throughout after I'd say midnight?

The area is very loud. But it seems to be safe, with some good restaurants near by.

Basically only hispanohablantes, which I prefer on my travels. But I think it could be a little difficult, if you don't speak spanish.

Dorms were a little dusty, reception wasn't that friendly or welcoming on my first night. A little far from things. Only two fans for a room of 16, without oscillation functions.

The property is the old Ecuadorean embassy, so the building is quite fancy, very spacious rooftop, with a nice view of the hill with the Christ statue. Kitchen was large enough to cook, and they had a big fridge freezer. Power outlets in the lockers!!!!! Seemed like a safe area!

The rooftop terrace was romantic and gorgeous, with swings, lights and hammocks. The staff were very helpful with information, particularly Mario, the night worker. The location was great, in a very safe area.
