Staff at time of checkin had little exsperience and could not accommodate us properly and could not comunícate with anyone else to help. Since the sold me room. I had to sleep in separate rooms from my 5 and 8 year old girls since the doble bed was no longer available even when I had a reservation.

My wife and I had a horrible experience at this hotel. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because our bathroom was flooded with water from the toilet. My wife called the front desk to ask for an upgrade to our room, and we were willing to pay the difference, but the staff ignored our request. And to make matters worse, early in the morning we were awakened by the very loud sounds of banging and some sort of compressor or machine that sounded like it was right next door to our room. Therefore, we were unable to sleep. And finally, when we were checking out, I mentioned all of these very same things, and the front desk staff seemed very unconcerned and didn't really offer any type of recommendation to satisfy our very miserable time at your hotel. We will NEVER book a night in this hotel again!

The only thing my wife and I enjoyed was the breakfast.

Overpriced. $55USD for an airport transfer is a NYC price, not a San Pedro Sula one. Breakfast is supposedly included, but no consideration is made for guests requiring an early check-out. Not even a cup of coffee to go.

I went during "semana santa" and their gift shop, laundry service was closed.

Amenities in the room are limited for the price. There's no coffee machine in the room , only a mini-fridge Food in the restaurant is a little bit pricey, and quality is not the best specting of more food quality for the price No varieties or more options for vegetarian or gluten-free Some staff are a bit of rude at breakfast time This hotel used to be one of the best in the past, so sad quality and customer service decreased a short period of time.🙁

-Despite being wheelchair accessible the toilet was too low.it was difficult to maneuver even with the rails A little confusing as it is well known that wheelchair users need a higher toilet. I wasn't impressed with breakfast, maybe especially as it was booked as being an excellent one and so we were looking forward to a delicious breakfast, it was very ordinary and Honduran (rock had croissants, no fresh pastries and no potatoes, eggs benedict etc., that we were expecting) the front desk clerks were barely bilingual and couldn't understand any of my questions ( the male one was good however)

The room was nice. I really liked that it was mobility friendly as i have walking problems sometimes. The male desk clerk was very helpful. We also appreciate that you had an airport shuttle

It’s a vintage hotel which has a lovely charm to it. I particularly enjoy having an early breakfast in the main lobby under the skylight. There are some beautiful plants and trees spread throughout the property and the pool is kept sparkling clean. It’s the only hotel I stay at when I visit San Pedro.

the rooms are old. luke warm showers. loud a/c units. tiny double beds that slide on the floor b/c there is no carpeting. if rooms were like the tv sets, it would be much, much better.
