The bedding is uncomfortable. Very hard bed. House keeping is not thorough.

I love the in-room laundry. I travel light and tend to do laundry during my trips. Not needing to go up and down to do laundry in the hotel is amazing! The hotel is about 6-7 minutes from the train station.

Clean, modern, convenient & comfortable. Location just 5 - 10 mins walk to MTR station. the street of Northpoint, is mainly local & is a unique experience for me to explore around there.

There could be more option for quick drinks, such as coffee stall which only came 2 times per week. Some potential to exploit here.

There was no breakfast but many breakfast options around the hotel. I really liked the quiet washer/dryer machine in the room, that made our longer stay really enjoyable and comfortable. Common lounge is also nice to spend time in before after coming back from errands. Lounge is well insulated from street noises just below and comes with peaceful background music.

The room was small, but we understand that it is the cost of a premium location in Hong Kong. The only downside was the lack of a wardrobe to store our suitcases, which could be an inconvenience during longer stays.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location in a great neighborhood just steps away from the metro station, makes it the perfect spot for exploring the city. We loved having 7-Eleven stores nearby for quick snacks and essentials, and the proximity to the tram stop made getting around even easier. The street market during the day was a delightful attraction in itself, adding a unique charm to our stay. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities, making us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will return on our next visit!

Its disadvantages 1. Not practical, there are many design elements that are not needed in everyday life. 2. Far from the subway. Between two stations in the center.

Had a great stay at The Stellar. Close to bus and trams stops so it's easy to get around and there are also many good restaurants in the area. The hotel was very clean and tidy, our room was on the 28th floor so we got to have a great view over the city :) Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located near the market and a tram terminal, it makes the place very interesting. The hotel is cleverly designed which makes good use of every space. The place is clean and furnished with modern furniture. The washing machine and dry was a big bonus!

1) City view just means you look out into an old residential building opposite. Well, this is HK. 2) Bedrooms are a tight fit but this is again, expected in HK. Great to have the decently-sized living areas. 3) Hotel does not supply handwashing liquid / soap at all. There is only shampoo and shower gel fixed in the shower cubicle. If you need more hand soap, you got to pay for it. Apparently, this is due to the recently implemented no-plastic law. I am all for protecting the environment and support the ban of single use plastics. But I would think hand soap is a basic necessity that should be provided by the hotel. (Have we forgotten about covid?) There are 3 basins in the room. How can guests be expected to walk to the shower cubicle everytime they need to wash their hands? Especially if the guests are elderly? I urge management to consider fixing big bottles of hand soap next to each basin. So that the hotel can still provide handwash without using single use plastics.

1) Clean, new rooms. 2) Individual thermostats for the air conditioning for each bedroom and living area. 3) Gym was a little small and closes at 11pm, but it allowed us to burn off some calories. 4) Nice common area where guests can sit and wait, with drinking water dispenser.

The hotel was surrounded by the fresh market so it’s quite smelly. inside the room there wasn’t towel only bath mat.

Great location 7/11 is down at the corner.It’s near North Point Sta. about 500m and Fortress Hill Sta.about 550m very easy for traveling.The room was very tidy and clean.It’s perfect size for staying with 2 ppl.

Mising hangers for towels in the bathroom. It was supposed to be bright and with City View, but it was only partially that as mostly facing a wall and one corner was facing the city. £50 per day of deposit.

Nice building, new and nice room overall. The bathroom was big enough and comfortable, with a nice and powerful shower.

Weird to have a washing machine (no detergent provided) and yet no hand soap in the bathroom. Daily "cleaning" didn't clear away used cups, just made the bed and put towels back in cupboard rather than leaving them to dry. Also didn't come on the last day, I left the room at midday, not attended to.

My family had a great time at the Stellar. Room is tidy and clean, friendly staff, well furnished hotel. Million thanks to Linus at reception who gave us great tour tips, he is very kind. Linus and the rest The Stellar team left us a very good impression. We would love to visit HK again and choose to stay at the Stellar.

Walls are thin. You can hear your next door neighbour conversation or the elevator. Just consider if you are a light sleeper.

Lots of comfort food choices nearby. Local market and butcher shops on the same street. Not too far from the MTR. Love about having my own washing /drying machine in my room.

Not enough hangers for the towels in the bathroom.

The staff is helpful and is willing to arrange us to check in earlier. The drain in the shower was blocked and they took action promptly. The washing machine is an additional advantage.
