Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI think is a positive one, but I would have liked to be closer to some walking paths, but with this hotel, you don't need to leave the site much! Also, please bring back a kids play area!! That is such a good one for parents!
The view was breathtaking, and our room was nice, a good space for our son to play. Great to work in the room, really nice bath. We arrived on mothers Day and we were surprised with co, a complimentary bottle of Champagne and cake, balloons, a welcome sign and cards, little touches, and chocolates, but the cutest was the welcome for our son, the tub had a sweet message and it was colored alongside a rubber duck. The staff was excellent, we were treated like royalty, and our room was tidy every time we went outside the room, multiple times a day. Everyone was so friendly and I think is an amazing place to get the kids to. The pool was really big and quite empty most of the time, very cozy with beds. I can not fault it! Was the best hotel we ever stayed <3

United StatesThis hotel is amazing. Concierge Emily Chui greeted me as I stepped out of the car and took me directly to my room and did all check-in there. She gave me her number and was available to me anytime throughout my stay to help with anything I needed. Ozone bar, highest bar in the world, was terrific. Guest Experience Manager Adam Vayda made my visit to the bar memorable and special. Housekeeping services were personalized and exceptional. The view from my room on the 112th floor was amazing. There is a wonderful Hotel Ambassador, Joe Ku, who has been with the hotel 30+ years who is in the lobby to attend to anything a guest needs and just to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend the Ritz in Hong Kong.

PolandOur entire stay was absolutely amazing. We decided to upgrade to the corner room and it was the best decision ever - the view over Victoria Harbor from the 117th floor is simply magnificent. The pool is also extraordinary, as is the entire hotel and the experience it provides. We can't say enough about how attentive and helpful the staff were, taking care of even the smallest details (like leaving a souvenir bookmark on my book by the cleaning staff, or sending over a bottle of wine when our shower had a small malfunction). Thank you!
