Maybe some of the hardware. For example, the buttons in the lifts seemed to be dodgy at times. But don't worry, the security card scanner was working effectively.

The best part was the staff's courtesy. Being polite, I would say, is a basic requirement. What surprised me was how proactive the staff were in giving lots of help and how sincere they were by treating every resident like a family member.

There was thick dust in the room. The bath hadn't been cleaned before we arrived and I found a previous guests socks under the TV cabinet. The location is a bit inconvenient. It isn't a particularly pleasant walk to the MRT station.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was huge, especially for Hong Kong.

Water flow of toilet is slow but its tolerable. The wall of room is not too thick or soundproof that you may hear from next door or guests close the door.

It was disappointing that the seasonal pool closed prematurely in early November, especially considering the lingering warmth that would have made for a pleasant swim. Despite the hotel's popularity, I observed that certain common hallways bore signs of aging, displaying a somewhat dated aesthetic. Addressing these areas with aesthetic updates would significantly improve the overall ambiance of the establishment.

Arriving at the hotel, I was immediately captivated by the welcoming ambiance of the reception area. To my delight, I discovered that my accommodation had been upgraded to the executive floor, setting the stage for a delightful five-night stay. Throughout my visit, the staff at the reception, housekeeping, and gym consistently demonstrated their obliging nature, remarkable helpfulness, and unwavering friendliness. Their warm greetings and respectful demeanor significantly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Housekeeping kept the room very clean and tidy. The room itself was spacious, with two large king singles, a comfortable sitting area, a well-appointed desk, and a thoughtfully designed ensuite featuring a bath. The thoughtful room setup played a key role in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the hotel is situated away from the bustling main cities of Hong Kong and Kowloon, the direct MTR line provided seamless connectivity. Tsuen Wan, the local town, offered a charming environment with all the essential amenities, from markets and diverse food options to bakeries and excellent coffee spots. The local Jockey Club Park Chinese garden proved to be a delightful stop, adding to the overall charm of the area. Notably, the hotel is conveniently located above restaurants, a shopping center, and a supermarket. The gym, well-equipped with a diverse range of cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights, provided everything needed for a comprehensive workout. The immaculate bathroom amenities, coupled with the sauna and steam room, enhanced the overall wellness facilities. Access to the pool and sun area, conveniently adjacent to the gym, added an extra layer of relaxation to the experience. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, thanks to the A31 bus stopping directly in front. Overall, my stay at the hotel was a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.
