The Room on the first night we arrived was really small. If you are not accustomed to small rooms I would suggest upgrading to a bigger room especially if you have alot of luggage.

This hotel is simply wonderful ! Staff were so friendly and efficient ! especially Angel and Eric ! Nothing was too much trouble. On the second leg of our stay we had a Signature Greenery Room which is a corner room and very spacious. We also loved that you get a pocket wifi to walk around with. The cafe in the lobby is also fabulous ! Best Tiramisu ive ever eaten and has a great vibe all day long.

Great location right next to the metro station, and even though it was in TST it was really quiet. Also thought the room and hotel were quite cool and funky, and the bed was super comfy

We checked out at 12:00 and left our luggage at the lobby. Then we got back to pick it up at ~18:00, everything was alright, we got out luggage and headed to the airport. It was too late to realize that we left a bag with souvenirs from our friends in the hotel room. It was our fault that we missed it, but the hotel stuff could have told us about it when we returned to get our luggage.

The location was perfect, the room was nice and clean. The view also was quite pretty.

There are not many restaurants around this area that I found that offer vegetarian options.

The staff was really wonderful and also spoke English which was so helpful for us. The whole place was very clean and comfortable, also extremely quiet. The shower was great. It’s located in a lively area with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The majority of restaurants are Asian (of course) and there are a number of Italian restaurants also. It is a short walk to the Jordan station so no problem to get anywhere in Hong Kong.

The hotel's prime location facilitated city exploration. Impeccable cleanliness impressed. Friendly, accommodating staff always ready to assist. Nice touch: umbrellas provided for unexpected rain showers.

good hotel! comfy, clean and pretty modern. rooms could be a little bit bigger, but it was alright. location is good aswell, pretty close to center, very close to metro and generaly is in a not too busy and noisy area surounded by a park, so it was a big plus imo.

This property checked all the boxes. We have been traveling since August 2023 and the room was super clean, the beds incredibly comfortable and the view from 2101 great! Also, something that we have rarely experienced even in five star hotels: the coffee in the cafe on the ground floor was superb! The staff were also very friendly and everything was well maintained. We spent almost a week in Hong Kong and the location for our needs was perfect! Everything was within walking distance and it was nice to have a quiet corner to come home to after a long day exploring. 🙏

Room was rather small, but i guess it’s typical in Hong Kong. We managed to open two large suitcases at the same time though to pack our bags.

Loved the design of the hotel and the friendly staff. Room was also comfortable with an open view/large windows. We got one that was overlooking a school field. The shower and bath gels smelled amazing! I had to google to get me my own set. :)
