I would like to personally recognise the job of the lady who was in charge of the breakfast - for bringing positivity and ALWAYS a smile while doing the best omelettes I have had in a long time She made us feel happy during our breakfast and even though she was so busy, always had time to check on us and genuinely did her best for customers to enjoy the breakfast

The variaty of vegetarian food in the restaurants is poor. Also, I was not satisfied with the vegetarian pizza (one of the very few vegetarian options) that I order. The pizza supposed to be 8 inches but it was way smaller (a micro pizza). Another thing that was very annoying was how staff at the reception managed the check in of a send guess in my room. I sent my husband's name through a message and I informed the reception when I checked in that my husband was going to check in latter. I didn't want him to experience any issue and want to arrange a smooth check in because I was going to be busy in meetings. Even though I signed a form adding my husband's name and left him the key at the reception (the staff could easily check his ID and make sure it was him to give him the key), staff was calling me in my room. I didn't answered because I was busy in a meeting. At the end, staff gave my husband the key, but the whole situation was very annoying and disrupting. The two attempts I did to ensure that my husband's check in was smooth to prevent being interrupted in my work didn't work. I hope the staff could improve the check in process of a second guess following their safety procedures (checking ID, etc. ) to prevent bothering the main guest.

Just the reservation part of it. I asked and paid for a city view. That is something I did not receive. After checking in at 12:30a the last thing you want to do is pack up and move. The hotel did offer. But it should be clearer on the reservation as I paid a premium for a city view and I got a building view.

The staff was great. Concierge (Raymond) went above and beyond. If I was waiting for someone in the lobby the staff came and asked if I needed anything or started a conversation. They gave all types of recommendations for things to see and do.

Booked deluxe harbor view room , arrived HK earlier than expected so requested early check in around 12:30 instead of 15:00. Called up Hotel asked if possible check by noon, then if +660HKD upgrading to Resident club harbor view, a room can be ready. then why not? upgraded, arrived by 12:00 really 4 staff waited at the lobby , ushered me to 14th floor club counter and let me check in. Very impressive and happy to enjoy the beautiful harbor view earlier than planned. Good value!

My sink in the bathroom is broken and glued on. And I pay for an upgrade, supposed to be premium ocean view but it is just half and half. I actually see more of the back of the cross harbour tunnel and Hung Hom gymnasium.

I like the buffet at Cafe East, very good breakfast and lunch, but I didn't try the dinner buffet. Service is good, everyone is very polite and respectful and welcoming.

The hotel was lacking in atmosphere and somewhat sterile. Often the foyer was overwhelmed with people waiting either to be picked up or signed in and the closure of the lounge for renovation work was a surprise and not advised to us prior either by the hotel or booking.com. It was noisy in the foyer and at times outside our room with little ones racing around in corridor. The hotel did not reach the five star level we expected although we were very happy with our bedroom.

We were very happy with our room and the wonderful view across the harbour. The cleanliness was excellent and we very much liked the bathroom. There were an excellent choice of restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed here this time around the New Year so the prices are a lot higher than usual - not such good value for money. I booked the Harbour View room thinking that this would have view to the New Year's firework, however it's facing the wrong side of the harbour, so that was kind of disappointing.

I have been staying at the New World Millennium since before it changed its name, can't fault the service. It is in a quieter part of town but easy to get to - walking distance to some main attractions e.g. Avenue of stars, K11 Musea and many restaurants. Panoramic harbour view from our room was very pleasing to the eyes.

The breakfast on the 1st Floor was okay, but choices could have been better, and they need 2 cooks on the eggs as one is not enough to manage everybody. Plus it was very crowded.

Paid the extra for a Residence Club Room which was well worth it. The Residence Lounge was open 9am to 8pm with light snacks, tea & coffee and a cocktail time of 5pm to 7pm. The wife and I enjoyed this very much.

I was upset when I checked in with the first staff (early check in, the room not ready yet) he promised upgrade my room from harbour view to higher level but end up when I got my keys, I was arranged to floor 10 which wasn't upgrade me, and the room was clean but completely different than floor 12 or above.

Staffs were friendly, especially the staffs who control the traffic outside of the building. Manager is so talkative and very willing to help.
