Good location and access. Room was phenomenal as well as service. Also loved the way they trained students from Polytech University. Very much integrated and receiving great training as I have barely noticed a difference between the interns and the trained staff. Phenomenal and will stay again.

Service was in general excellent and enthusiastic. very occasional blips, but nothing serious and understandable considering the hotel is also a training establishment.

Hotel Icon is a very interesting hotel. it is modern, with great facilities including a rooftop pool and bar. We were lucky to stay in a Club 80 suite - which is huge and had 270 degree views of the harbour. Staying in any club room gives access to the club house - which has complimentary soft drinks all day, complimentary tea / snacks between 3pm and 5pm plus a selection of alcoholic drinks from 6pm to 8pm. Breakfast can also be served there but the Marketplace, their main restaurant has a huge range of different foods on offer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is a teaching & research hotel where people from China and further afield learn about all aspects of hotel roles and management. There are highly experienced staff mixed with trainees at different levels.

I sequester myself at this hotel to complete work between travels around Asia. While doing so, I have all of my meals at the hotel. I occasionally get diarrhea.

The staff, including the maids, are just plain excellent. Could not be more accommodating and superior in all aspects of their work.

We recommend this hotel 1000%! We had the chance to stay in a club 65 suite during our vacation and everything was perfect. the ambiance of the hotel, the view, the service. the staff who take great care. We took the opportunity to dine at the Above and Beyond restaurant and again the experience was fantastic. Thanks to Eric and the whole team for his advice and top service! …absolutely to try!

Location wise it is a little further from TST area. But with the nearby Hung Hom station (5-6 min walk away), it is still possible to reach TST in under half an hour by train . I wish the shuttle bus can have more frequent timings and let us hitch a ride back to hotel Price wise I also hope it can be more competitive

I love how clean and comfortable the hotel is. Staff is friendly and helpful always. This is my 2nd time staying here and I must stay everything seems to be still on par. My first stay here was during its 2nd year of opening and I am impressed that standard of service and cleanliness remains the same . I booked the partial harbour view and I was blown away by how scenic it was when I draw the curtains

there was a slight misunderstanding regarding first breakfast that was charged on the arrival day, but the issue was settled within 2 minutes on the reception during check-out so no complaints

Very neat and clean room, beautiful view, comfortable bed to sleep and recovery. Professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast, quite varied. Staff also arranged a birthday cake for my wife as a compliment, she was super happy. And they use one of the finest cosmetic from Australia - Appeles.
