I didn't like that the toilet in the room was visible. The room I was assigned initially had carpet stains. I complained and they moved me to the club room. The carpets in the elevator look worn put.

The breakfast was excellent. That was why I stayed 4 nights. I love the ambiance of the breakfast, the music was awesome and the staff were excellent.

The so called Sea View room is a joke you can only see a minor slice of the harbour. And the staff is not very helpful. The deposit system is a joke, they literally “charged” me 10000HKD for deposits because I brought “3 balloons” to the room for my friend’s birthday, how’s three balloons gonna cause any room damage? I had to wait 2 weeks for the deposit payment back to my account. I just can’t believe the deposit system work that way.

Maybe just the location, few minutes walk from north point metro.

Pool and gym close very early ( at 8pm) I think it’s really uncomfortable because a lot of people loves training at evening after all things.

Clean rooms, nice service, best view and location( 2 min walk to mrt), fast check in. Very nice smell in main lobby. Totally recommend

The room is quite tired - the furniture is old and worn; there are lots of stains on the carpet. The cleaner must've forgotten to check the mini-fridge as the last occupant's takeaway dinner was still in there when I arrived in the room.

Really nice and spacious room (very spacious by HK standards), great location 3min walk from Tin Hau MTR station. Very friendly and attentive staff. Comfy bed.

On the 41st floor they served iced coffee with too many ice cubes which made it hard to drink & enjoy. Please ask an Italian, how to make ice coffee. It's not the same as an ice tea. 😊

Staff, room was great, sauna steam was tranquil, bed was fluffy very restful, bath was unexpected, breakfast had wide selection, lobby was glamorous and smelt amazing all the time.

Since the Hong Kong government banned the use of disposable plastic products, basically nothing is provided in hotel rooms. Toothbrushes, razors, hair combs, cotton swabs, shower caps, etc. have to be purchased from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it only takes 3-5 minutes to walk by subway, tram or bus. There are many restaurants around to choose from.

The room was a bit worn down and could use a bit of update.

A big thank you to the hotel and staff who helped me find my forgotten computer in the hotel room and drive it to the airport, thank you very much for your effort. The view from the hotelwindow over the bay was amazing and the breakfast was really good, the hotell was also close to the subway. The staff really helped us with a lot of things and was very effektive.

The hotel is well located close to MTR station and many bus lines including a direct line to airport. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel offered a decent price-to-quality ratio considering the general level of prices in Hong Kong.

Was given the wrong room and I wasn't very impressed with how this was handled (needed to move my own luggage and needed to return the key on my own). I've been treated better by other hotels. Also there was only one outlet in the room and it did not accommodate international plugs.

Our room was at the end of the hall, which was good for noise, but it took a long time for the hot water to reach the shower or wash basin. A lot of cold water was wasted down the drain, and inconvenient when in a hurry.

The property has great harbour views, very convenient to MTR ( train ) station. Contrary to previous reviews, we were able to check in and check out smoothly and done within 5-7 mins. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but rooms are spacious and well supplied. Shower and bath are pretty efficient. Housekeeping is great and the lady was very helpful and sweet. We stayed at rooms 2919, 2921 and 2923 and had a partial view of the harbour. I would advise to request for floors with even numbers, e.g. 2922 up) for complete sea and harbour views. Gym is great and swimming pool such a good addition. Dim sum lunch is exceptional, same as buffet meals. The grill not too impressed. Over all, a very pleasant 8-day stay for me and my family. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

We were not aware of the roof top deck which was opened at night for us to have the night view of HK Harbor.

Friendly staff who attended our request fast and appropriate. The pool facilities are good.
