The air-condition was really cold everywhere in the hotel and for a European it is very inconvenient and it is not very sustainable either. I had to wear a jacket outside the room.

The hotel is located at Nathan Road, so it is a perfect location for sightseeing in Hong Kong and there are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops closed by. We booked a simple room with breakfast. The room was extremely clean every day and it smelled nice. There was a breakfast buffet with a mix of Asian and Western style breakfast and a variety of drinks. I loved the morning shots that tasted differently every day. The staff was very nice, helpful and well-organized. We only used the swimming pool once, and we really enjoyed the view and new furniture on the roof-top.

Can't think of anything really bad, except the walls are a bit too thin, and we can hear peoples' conversations very clearly.

Really enjoyed the delicious breakfast (even have a juice bar!) with both Western and Chinese styles to choose from! Also liked the bed - it's the right firmness for me. Water is supplied free, and it's provided in glass bottles so environmentally friendly!

I didn't love how there wasn't a room service option, even though this could be doable given the number of food retailers in the building. Also, the room could have had a few more amenities (such as more toiletries and an ironing board in some of the bigger rooms). Noting that the hotel had these services, but you needed to call and request them. It would also be nice to have a few drinks in the room fridge, and a greater selection of hot beverage teas and fresh milk.

The customer service was excellent - I had to amend travel-plans last minute, and when I called the hotel to ask about spare rooms they generously assisted me. I also really appreciated the friendly service at Terrible Baby.

Room smelled weird, it wasn’t possible to let some air in - AC was super loud - the tab in the bathroom was leaking, there was always water next to the sink

- Friendly staff, they gave me the top floor as requested. :) - Good room design (e.g. plenty of sockets, good lighting) - Near the Jordan metro station. - Several convenience shops (also larger ones) nearby - Airport busses stop in front of the hotel - There are several restaurants and a food alley in the hotel.

It was very strange: 1) they asked me to pay (first time during my travels to different hotels around the world!!) for 2 persons breakfast charger — request based of the reason that I am taking (booking) the double room!! It is creasy!! 2). I paid for my 5 days stay at the EATON HK Hotel in US$ in cash — they calculated each US$ with exchange rate 7,1 HK$/US$ (at this time the official Bank rate was about 7,8 HK$/US$!!!); 3) The booked room was quite old and not renovated (especially shover case!!)… That are main all disappointing features…🤗

For the first time I got a room facing Gascoigne Rd and not Nathan Rd... wow, it's like night and day. Nathan is full of lights, life, and excitement. Facing Gascoigne is just traffic with no charm or light or anything... this is not its fault, of course, but a disappointment nonetheless.

The location and unique experience in a former major cinema in HK makes this both nostalgic and fun. I've stayed here many times and have found it usually high quality...
