1. There are no mirrors outside the bathroom. 2. The outlets are mostly for G plug or UK/British plugs and would require you to bring an adaptor tho you can borrow one, the host can only provide 1.

For future clients, please beware. This place is not for those who are looking for ease of access since its quite distant from the vehicle drop off point. Walking is indeed A MUST. However, if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this place is a definite must try! I would like to also acknowledge the very hospitable and helpful host Terry, thank you so much!

The guesthouse is located in a green area, with a direct access to a few hiking trails. Supermarket and couple of restaurants are just 10 min walk. Terry, the host, is very helpful and welcoming, the stay overall was just perfect!

The Guesthouse is in a green nature spot with hiking routes right around the corner. Yet the bus stop to Tung Chung is just a 6min walk away. On the other side of the main road are several restaurants and grocerie stores. The rooms are clean. You can use the kitchen if you want and there is a big garden and rooftop terrace. The view from the terrace is amazing. The host was super friendly and assisting. We would definitely come back here again and can highly recommend this place.

It's a bit of a walk from the drop-off point and walking with luggage is quite tiring but without any baggage it's fine

Terry is a very helpful host, he provided a crash course on how to get around the island from the accomodation including which buses to take, hiking trails etc. the place is also extremely clean.

Terry, the host was extremely helpful in giving directions and tips for my day trip itinerary. The guest house is in a beautiful, natural location, still only a short walk away from all shops and public transport to other parts of Hong Kong. Absolutely loved my stay.

Very nice host, making sure that we find the location. Very peaceful place, with a great view over the bay. Make sure to read the instructions on how to get there, but then it is good to find.

Far enough out of the city that there are mosques

Complete change from Central HK, surrounded by greenery, and you can hear some wildlife. Only a short walk to the bus stop $3.7 to get to Tung Chung with the shoos and cable car, from there the S1 bus goes to the airport every 10 minutes fir another $3.7

Only con is it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest taxi drop off and a bit confusing to get to the bus in the morning to head to the airport but for someone with just a backpack it’s great!

Our host was awesome, so helpful, he gave super clear directions. It is a little walk off the beaten path, but worth it. So close to shops and bus stops. We were very happy to be able to cook our own meals sometimes and have full access to a great kitchen. The walk to and from is along a beautiful path with a stream beside it. The path is fine for suitcases. We were happy with this accommodation, esp as I don't like staying in big fancy hotels. It's a great option.

Close to the airport on the greenbelt, so very quiet with fabulous views of the mountains and city. Terry went out of his way to help me. I didn't realise there was a walk to the property, and Terry offered to meet me and help with my bag. At the end, he took my bag to the road for me and rang a cab. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Terry. I'll be back!

There was nothing to dislike

City Oasis is very close to Lantau airport, it’s a peaceful location surrounded by trees yet it’s easy to get into Hong Kong on public transport. Most of all, Terry the owner is a really kind and helpful person and made our stay very special. He was genuinely concerned that he’s guests would have a good time. He gave us really useful advice about where to go and how to get there so that we made the most of our four days in Hong Kong. It was especially enjoyable to stay in a really quiet and green location yet spend our days been really busy parts Hong Kong accessible by bus and MTR. It was also interesting to spend time in a nearby high-rise housing estate where ordinary people live.
