We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GuamSome of the pool facilities were not in use due to the storm MAWAR which is understandable.
Our stay was really enjoyable. The remote for the TV was not working. I called to request for batteries or a new remote, which they said they would bring to the room, but it was never delivered. Overall, we really enjoy the pool area and it's restaurants within.

South KoreaWe requested for bi-daily housekeeping, but we ended up requesting it again to the guest service desk on our 2nd day and the service was provided at 4:30 - 5:00 pm. Felt uncomfortable staying there while the lady was working on our room, so we chose to leave the room even though we wanted some rest after playing in the beach.
Located right nearby the beach with an amazing ocean front view. Parking space was enough with free fee. The pool looked good for families with kids.

United KingdomThis hotel is not value for money.The food is nice but very expensive and a lot of facilities were closed due to Covid. Understandable, but I e-mailed in advance to ask if anything was closed and they assured me it wasn't.
The view from the room was amazing and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The outside pool was very good.

GuamPool area seemed kind of small (smaller than were used to at least). We’re used to Waterpark size pools, so I’d probably give Hyatt’s an 8/10 just based on the size of the overall area of their pools. It could use a few more slides to make it more fun for the kids or activities or raffles throughout the day, but other than that, it was a pretty good stay overall.
Upon checking in, we were informed that room was upgraded to one of the renovated suites on the 13th floor, so that was awesome. We booked a one-night stay for my cousin’s wedding that day and the room we had was great, 10/10. Bed was comfy and bathroom was nice and clean.

Television remote controller wasn't working so we called for help which didn't come.. we opted to watching ipad so ended up okay but that was just one thing that didn't work out at Hyatt. 2. The kids club could use some fresh air. We sneezed multiple times in that zone. 3. Long line for breakfast buffet..
1. Staffs were really friendly, esp. Korean staffs who talked to us Korean family first, and the staffs at the pool and the Breeze were very nice too. 2. Location in the middle of Tumon beach was excellent, and beach and the pool fantastic. 3. Our room was bigger than I expected and thankfully an extra bed for my 5 years old was placed without having requested for it. Thankful for the little table and bench chair for kids in the room - while my kids played on it and us parents took a little break. 4. Bon Voyage shopping price and experience wasn't bad as well.

United StatesThe staff were superb. Rafael helped us with our luggage to be in storage while we go off island for 4 days then came back to stay 3 more nights. The waiters in cafe kitchen were good. The ocean front view was mesmerizing. Joined Aqua Zumba and Pinky was the instructor.
