Cute family run hotel with nice terrace. Easily walkable to everywhere in town. Decor with local goods. Nice refill water stations. Hot water shower w/pressure. The town has amazing food! Plenty of access to many activities. Friendliest town!

The most beautiful view from the balcony! We were in an immense corner room with windows all around as well. The family are so lovely. And as this is located at the end of the road in Panajachel, it's super quiet and there are no neighbouring buildings to the right.

Loved everything. There was nothing wrong with my stay here it was worth every penny.

The staff and facilities here were great. I loved the location and the fact that it's a family owned/operated spot. Of the 3 places I stayed at in Guatamala this was my favorite and I would absolutely book a stay here again. Additionally they supported me in getting a shuttle out of Pana for the airport the day I left and without them setting me up with the right logistics I would've missed my flight. I looked into booking through a nearby hostel and not only was it far more expensive but in reading reviews their shuttles take 2-3 hours longer with the stops they take.

The two levels of terraces with sitting areas. Beautiful potted plants and interesting cacti. Great location to waterfront, restaurants and shopping. The bed was cofy and plenty of extra blankets for the chilly night. Super friendly staff.

The owners/staff were wonderful. There are also two amazing outdoor areas where you can watch the sun set over the volcanoes across the lake. Excellent value!

Great location, good value and nice rooms. We has everything we needed and were close to lots of lovely restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here and in Panajachel in general. It's a nicer location than the blogs suggest and really it the easiest was to visit all of the other areas around the lake.

Cons - The bathroom was very small & moldy, with poor drainage in both the sink and the shower. When you take a shower, you will quickly be standing ankle-deep in dirty water. Hot shower water was available only in the evenings. They only take cash, no cards. I read this in the reviews ahead of time, and so came prepared. Due to a delay in my shuttle from Antigua, I arrived well after sunset. It would have been unpleasant to have to go wander in the dark through a town I don't know to find & make an ATM withdrawal.

Pros - The very best part of this hotel is the lovely terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Atitlán! The staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was quite good, even on the terrace. Free access to drinking water was another big plus. It is located near the lake, 2 blocks from the dock for private ferries. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were strangely lumpy. I originally booked 4 nights, Monday-Friday. When I asked to stay Friday night as well, they were able to accommodate me in the same room for the same price per night (252 quetzales).

nothing. maybe it would be nice to have a coffee maker or tea kettle on the terrace for guests to use, but there were also plenty of places to buy coffee nearby.

nice location away from the Main Street but still close enough to walk and find food. the staff was a very nice local family. the decorations in the room were lovely. it also had a very nice terrace, though we didn’t spend nearly enough time on it.

Room and bathroom were very compact, I think it might not have been the best hotel if we were staying for several nights. The hotel is set back from the road and there are no signs on the road or instructions provided making it very hard to find (not what you want when carrying heavy backpacks!).
