The location did not feel safe at night, far from sights and restaurants. It was dark walk at night for a woman.

Lovely facility, definitely one of the best I’ve stayed at in Antigua! Extremely safe - the property is locked and serviced by staff to let you in 24/7. Breakfast is lovely and there’s AC in the rooms (a rare finding in CA!). Overall would recommend.

The only complaint is that if you leave the shower drain open, there's a mildew smell, so close it after use.

This place is both cozy and cute with the kindest staff imaginable. They went out of their way to help accommodate a request for special food, and they helped us with everything along the way. We're excited to go back and stay for a couple of nights after Atitlán!

I didn’t like that the drain in the shower was clogged up and it was kind of gross to shower that way with the water filling up and not draining

Room was smaller than I expected, but I was quite comfortable and had a pretty awesome view

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location was good, just a few minutes walk to the center of everything. The staff here were EXCELLENT. My arrival flight was so severely delayed and had to cancel a pre-booked taxi. They were able to arrange last minute pick up and transportation to the hotel. They helped with translations, recommendations, booking shuttles to and from the next towns, basically anything I needed. Wifi worked well and I enjoyed breakfasts in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this hotel, but the beds were pretty hard/uncomfortable.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, AC worked well, it was very quiet at night, and the staff was excellent. They even arranged our private transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel down to Lake Atitlan.

the location seemed to be along a bus route and the exhaust smell was strong at times. The noise outside started early, but the AC neurtralized a good part of the noise

Love that you can book the volcano tour through them as well as shuttles to airport & other villages, they should deff advertise that before you book, I had no idea till AFTER I booked that they offered these things. Bonus they have AC

Loved how kind and accommodating the staff were. They always answered whatever questions we had and were readily available with anything we needed. The hotel had everything we needed and felt very safe as we were a group of female travellers.
