We stayed in room 1 which was spacious and had a four poster bed and large bathroom. It was tastefully decorated. The hotel is very quiet area. It has a swimming pool. Breakfast is exceptional and served outside. The staff always very helpful and friendly.

The rooms have no AC so it can get a little stuffy but they did have a fan that we had turned on all day we went in May so it was a hot. Also I was hard to get Uber rides at times because it was a little further from the center and had double security which is not bad .

Property had really good breakfast and the cleaning service was so great . I also enjoyed the rooms having a big space and bathroom. Cold and hot water in the bathroom.

The room was a little dark with very little natural light. We knew the hotel was out the way a little and the walk in is not too far. It is located on a gated community and at times getting in and out was a bit time consuming.

Beautiful place to stay, the facilities are good and we enjoyed the pool. Super staff who were friendly and helpful and a great breakfast!

The only negative was at the beginning it was a little hard to find as it was through some high security. Once we knew where it was it was very nice however to be in a gated community. Felt very safe there! Maybe just some better directions on booking.com would be a bonus.

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated. Very comfortable in the room and outside by the pool. The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. I was very poorly for the two days I was there and Sarah in reception helped me organise medication to be delivered from a local pharmacy. She messaged them personally for me on WhatsApp. Enrique was also a diamond an was always happy to help with a smile on his face. Five stars!

Such a beautiful property!! Being part of a gated community meant that it was very quiet and peaceful. The property is stunning - small and intimate. Just a short walk into two. It’s perfect. The staff are wonderful - helpful, friendly and caring - and breakfast was fantastic. We couldn’t have had a better stay.

There’s really not much to dislike and all the “problems” we faced were easily solvable. - Because of where our room was facing, it was a bit dark and on our last night, the room got a bit stuffy. Both of those were able to be solved with us leaving the door open for a bit to get some sunshine and to air out the room a bit. - I wish we had more than 1 pillow, but I’m sure if we had asked for an extra, it would’ve been fine.

This was such a great stay! The hotel: First things first, the hotel is beautiful. The pictures really do not do this place justice. I love the rustic vibe and all the details put into the design. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The hotel itself and the rooms were clean and quiet. There were times I thought we were the only guests in the hotel despite it being fully booked! The rooftop was a nice edition to catch some sun if you didn’t want to just sit in your room. The room: - The beds were firm, but comfortable - There were wool blankets in our room that we could use to put on top of our sheets because it got chillier than we expected in the evening - The Wi-Fi was strong and there was connection on every floor from anywhere in the hotel. - There were three mirrors! A full-length in the closet (which I love the layout) and two in the bathroom(regular & small magnifying). I know some people don’t care, however it was very helpful with 3 people getting ready. Many hotels don’t have a full length so this was a nice surprise. Amenities & Extras: - We visited in Feb and the pool was too cold for me to swim in, but that didn’t stop other guests from using it. Breakfast was delicious and we were served fresh fruit with every meal. (FYI: breakfast is served to you restaurant style and not buffet style). - the gatemen took some time getting used to, but for the most part there is no problem. You just tell them your name and your code and you are able to come and go as you please. It felt very safe and secure. - they have purified water in the hallways for guests to drink which I appreciated a bunch

Beautiful hotel. Quiet and serene. Wonderful breakfast. Luxurious room, with very comfortable bed and incredible jacuzzi. The location is right on the edge of town which means it’s peaceful but an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants, or 15 mins to the town center
