Really nice staff. Breakfast was delicious and fresh (can also order smoothies for additional cost), although, if staying for several nights it can get a bit boring due to limited options. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great little hotel with wonderful staff who even helped us retrieve a cell phone that we left in a taxi at the airport. They really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

I had a room up front and found it a bit loud. Mainly due to the staff just chatting endlessly. The location of the hotel is on a very busy road with a lot of traffic. Can be a bit noisy during breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and accommodative. The grounds are very nice and there is a great peaceful spot in the back near the jacuzzi.

There’s no refrigerador in the room. The staff did let us put some leftovers in their fridge though.

This place offers a lot. It really was quiet in the rooms. The only noise we heard was other guests eating breakfast. None of the road noise reached our room, even though the hotel is on a fairly busy street. It’s a very good location, easy to walk to most places in Antigua. Close to the Merced. Lots of good food options around. Staff were very nice and available when we needed something. Parking was also easy. There’s a parking lot about a block down that’s secure and gated. It’s included in the price of the stay. We didn’t eat at the hotel ever but the breakfasts we saw others having looked great! There’s a nice area on the second level to hang out and see the view. A jacuzzi you can book time in, and a kids play house type area that would be good for little kids.

2nd time staying at Nico If you want peace in Antigua, you can stay at Nico!! All Antigua is super walkable. The staff is super nice and the food is good! Beds are comfy, A/C and a jacuzzi, what else you need to have a great time?

The pressure in the shower was quite week, and therefore, for the second week, I got another room. This one was full of mold, and I refused to accept it; so I got a third room, which was still nowhere close to my original room's cleanliness. Another annoying aspect is the 10pm locking of the gate, and whenever I had to get back to my room, had to wait until the night receptionist wakes up.

I stayed two weeks in this accomodation. The first week was excellent, my room was spacious, clean, and overall comfortable. The staff is attentive and incredibly nice.

We stayed there specifically because of jacuzzi that we wanted to enjoy after Acatenango hike. Unfortunately even though we asked for it way in advance in the evening the water was cold. And as it was cold outside we couldn’t use it. I believe the higher price is exactly because of jacuzzi so I wasn’t really happy about it and felt overpriced

It’s a bit far from the city center but at least it’s quiet. The bed is comfortable, shower is hot and breakfast is simple but good.

Wifi was not working during our stay. Included breakfast was a little small and bland. The jacuzzi was a great surprise, but did not get very warm by the time requested so we waited an extra hour. If you want to use it in the evening, let them know in the morning and have them set it at 104degF. Otherwise everything was great!

The staff were amazing. Super kind and helpful. 5-star service! Rooms were comfy and clean with nice compact bathrooms and ample hot water in showers. Located in a quiet area for great sleep, but still close to the center. Terrace and outdoor seating was very nice and relaxing. They also stored our luggage. We will be definitely be back!

1) Windows in bedroom need to open in sections, if only top portion is open you let fresh air in, then there is no need for air conditioning and save energy. We were not given air conditioning controls the first night, for us & our friends room. 2) Need to lower curtain rod in bathroom as you shower water gets in adjacent area.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, to small portions, they should have option to have more coffee at breakfast. Hotel facilities and rooms are spacious clean and airy. Feels safe. A hotel to return. Parking is conveniently located.

WiFi was in an out and very weak. Breakfast was limited to 3 options and could have been a little bigger in my opinion. However, small issues , can't complain too much.

Staff were very friendly, place was SUPER clean! Jacuzzi was nice to have, also the kettle in your room was lovely. Great location, max half an hour walk to anywhere you needed to go, but supermarket/gym/restaurants all very close.

Everything was great. No complaints.

Hotel was really nice, clean, very calm atmosphere, staff was always very helpful, always felt safe. I had the triple room and it was spacious, clean, beds were comfy. At the beginning I was concerned if maybe location was not close to the center, as I had seen other hotels that were closer to the city center, but actually everything was so close. I never had to take a tuk tuk. Nice walk from hotel to all places you would want to visit in Antigua. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Antigua.
