The towels could do with an upgrade.

Top location, spacious rooms and nice garden. The allow us to enter the room very early and kept our bags stored the day after. The beds are comfy and the water has good pressure. Nice traditional decoration and very kind staff. Excellent price for the quality offered. I would definitely recommend!

The kitchen was slightly small but that can’t really be changed and utensils could have been cleaner

The property is located very close to the Main Street in Panajachel which was excellent. The staff were really friendly and the surroundings were great! We stayed for 2 nights after Acatenango and slept so well !

Beds were very firm and linens were kind of coarse.

Very quiet refuge in the middle of the bustling tourist area. Comfortable patio area with hammocks and other seating for relaxing outdoors. Small room with basic essentials. It was in line with what we were expecting. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Wifi is not very good.

Location is excellent, host quick to respond and very nice. Room is comfortable and quiet at night. We spend there just one night and it was perfect for that. Shampoo and soap were also provided which was a nice touch.

The only problem is the noise. I hate leaving a bad review despite being treated so well, but it was a bit of a problem. We slept there for 5 nights, and we could hear music, drunkards, and Tuk Tuks until 12-1am. After that, when everything seemed to quiet down, we could hear dogs barking. Note, I'm a light sleeper, so this may not affect everyone.

The staff is wonderful, Ana María is very helpful, mindful and kind. The location is great, it's close to restaurants, docks, and even tour companies. The rooms were very clean, the staff even provided fresh water bottles daily, and you can refill them in the hostel too!

Outside noise. Dogs barked too much outside. Had a hard time falling sleeping because of that. I know that staff has no control over that.

Everything was amazing.

The property is smack in the middle of the action of the city. Very safe and fun area during the day and at night. The ladies are so nice and they manage to clean your room regardless of the time of day. The views from the room over look the beautiful mountains and the beautiful garden patios. There is also a lazy dog by the door always welcoming you after a long day.

Although stated in the advertisement, for local taxes you do need to add roughly 22% to the booking.com stated cost, which is a lot. Cash only which is a pain when ATMs are hit and miss. Rooms are small and crammed with beds.

Clean and quiet (once the fiestas die down), beds are comfortable, water delivered everyday. Courtyard is beautifully decorated with lots of plants. A random rabbit appears every so often. The location is right in the heart of the Calle Santander. Perfect for all the tourist amenities. Very little Spanish spoken, so break out that spanglish.

It's central so on our one night was Saturday night, the street noise was very loud. However, we wanted to be near the ferries and waterfront and near all of the street vendors so knew to expect noise.

Eclectic diecorations,great location and staff with a restaurant on site. Very clean with warm water for showers.
