Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

All of the staff was so kind and welcoming. We originally booked this hotel for one night. But after going to our Airbnb, we rebooked the rest of our stay with las cruces. It is a home away from home. We felt like we were the only guests there. I love it and will come back!!

During my stay in Antigua, I became extremely ill….but Alexander, Alejandra, and the rest of the staff truly went above and beyond to help me - from contacting a doctor to make a house call, to helping me fill my prescriptions, to bringing tea and checking in on me. I truly don’t know what I would have done without them. The property is also amazing, rooms so comfortable and clean, etc. Don’t think twice if you’re thinking about booking here - it is a complete gem!!

United Statesroom number 1 faces a very busy street. there is loud noise from traffic constantly. you may get a bit of a break between 2. am and 4 am. do not stay in this room if you are noise sensitive. it is a beautiful, large room, but I got very little sleep there.
