I personally think the Bed could have been a little more comfortable; there should have been an AC or at least a fan provided with the room.

The location was great, and the staff was super friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast and how friendly everyone was. We also felt safe throughout our stay and loved how close to the center of Antigua this location was.

The view from the rooftop was amazing! The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly. My sister received a small room with few sunlight. She wanted to change the room, but the hotel was overbooked. The hotel offered my sister a reduced price for her stay.

- breakfast was only so so - rooftop would benefit from more comfy options to hang out, e.g. hammock, loungers - we felt the price was a little high and so was the price for the airport transfer

- quiet location - helpful staff - room was clean and always smelled good - free filtered water - cozy colonial style house and great rooftop with nice views - we liked that there was a cupboard to put our stuff - we were able to leave some things here during our hike - helped us arrange an airport transfer

More covered seating on the rooftop terrace would allow for more time up there. Currently there is just one sofa type piece of furniture that is draped.

Everything and everyone! We stayed in the smallest room for three days and one of the largest rooms for a week and both rooms were pretty and functional. We consistently had hot showers. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The property is located in a quiet residential area so it is a bit of a walk to restaurants but that meant it was very quiet at all times.

Everything from the staff, the location, the breakfast, the pick up from the airport, and the beauty of the hotel itself is spectacular. The terrace is beautiful and you can see volcan Fuego erupt from it. I was supposed to do the overnight Volcan Acatenango hike but got sick so I needed another place to stay at the last minute and their staff kindly booked me into their hotel hotel and helped me check in early. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Antigua!

Staff barely speaks english. There was no hair dryer, also a lack of shampoo- only one small bottle for two days and two persons. The floor was dirty, our white socks went black 😬 bed sheet should be washed

Lighting in the room could be a bit better.

Being situated slightly outside of the main area, it was very quiet at nighttime, but still only a very short walk, less than 10 minutes into Antigua main streets. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, we booked all our Antigua tours and transfers through them with no issues. The breakfast and breakfast area are also lovely, would highly recommend the Chapin breakfast!

I found a stain on my pillow case the first day. The same stain remained on the pillow case for the 3'days that I was there until I brought it to one of the workers attention . I was charged $16.00 extra bucks because one of the bathroom titles I used was left to dirty.

The facility was beautifully decorated. Loved the view. Great breakfast. Great location.
