Impossible to have a shower without getting the floor wet........seems like a design feature in this Hotel (I've stayed here before) Convoluted information about what is/is not included off the menu for in the price included breakfast. The staff are not consistent with this either.

The building is lovely, but it looks a bit tired. The bathroom did not feel clean due to the lack of maintenance. It was clean, but it "felt" dirty. The air conditioning is old and noisy and the light of the screen on the unit was right on my eyes the while night. It would be great to have towel hooks in the washroom. The shower leaked from underneath unto the outside floor which is slippery.

The location was fabulous. Very nice hotel, really nice sheets and pillows. Kind staff. Great breakfast! It does have an indoor, safe parking, which was a nice surprise as it showed as not having parking on your site.

Staff were probably the best Ive ever seen. Couldn't help enough and we're super polite and really helped us in a pinch. Desk lady was amazing and the door guy was really helpful too.

- we could listen some noise from the corridor in our room. Isolation was not the best. - Didn't have a mini fridge on our room

- Super helpful staff. Our luggage didn't arrive on our flight and they called the airport countless times. Staff is incredible! - Breakfast terrace is very nice and food super good - Location is great! Zona 10 is the place to stay in Guatemala City

The property offered free airport shuttles (both ways) and a really good breakfast (lots of options). Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice. The hotel is in a really safe and nice neighborhood with many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby.

There was not a lot of places of interest within walking distance around the hotel - a few places to eat but not much else. While the neighborhood appeared safe, there was not a lot of people out and about to give the impression of a local community.

Everything about the hotel was very nice and good value for money (excellent included breakfast and airport transfer). Staff were unfailing helpful and efficient.

Small, quiet hotel with very pleasant rooftop restaurant. Comfortable beds. If you don’t like big anonymous chain hotels, the Inmaculada is ideal. Staff very nice and helpful.

There wasn't really anything. Perhaps the room could have been bigger but it had 2 separate beds to accommodate 2 people.

While the room was small, it had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, shower was nicely equipped and water pressure good. Staff was accommodating (we booked a massage for 2 with a short notice). Complementary shuttle / ride to airport and a nice breakfast included. Location was nice and safe.

Airport shuttle service is not free, additional 10 USD. I found this a bit expensive, also given the fact that the room rates are not cheap and the Uber rates to the airport are around 2-3 USD.

This property was close to the airport. It had a security guard with a closed gate, so it felt very secure. I got a free breakfast and a free private airport shuttle. The front desk was kind and helpful. The hotel was also super cute! I highly recommend!
