Great location and comfortable room. Shower had good pressure. The fan in the room was enough to keep us cool. They allowed us to store our bags whilst we hiked Acatenango for the night. They also did our clothes washing super quick.

It is cheaper to book on bookings than direct. Would like filtered water outlet to reduce plastic waste but can’t have it all at this price.

We booked this property as the cheapest place we could find. For that, location is excellent, hot water, no AC but they have fans, TV that even had English channels. Best of all same day laundry service for when you return filthy from volcano 🌋 hike.

The rooms open onto a hallway, so privacy is a bit less, but that didn't bother me. The room is more of a place to sleep than a place to hang out.

We would have preferred to pay cash for our stay, but our credit card was charged the morning of our arrival.

Location was great. Less than a block away from the central park, shops and restaurants. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Pay parking was located below the hotel. Nice terrace.

The room is too hot, even with the provided fan, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect 10/10.

Great and Central location. Staff are all very nice and helpful. They offered laundry service with a affordable price. You can also book tours though them. I wish I knew that beforehand. I did book my shuttle to the airport with them. Picked up was easy. Room is basic but quiet. This is the only hotel i have stayed in Guatamala that has hot shower.

Location was perfect to explore the city. Easily accessible to restaurants, sites, etc. Glad we had the end room for more ventilation vs. the rooms located in hallway without an exterior window.

There was lamells instead of a window, so it wasn't possible to shut out all the sound from outside. You have a corridor outside of the window where other guests walk, so it can be a distraction since you can clearly hear when people are talking etc

The location is great, just in the center. Super close to the main square where shuttle busses drop you off. The room was nice, as well as the bathroom. The room was not too hot and I got a fan that was great.

No restaurant/bar on site therefore no breakfast or drinks available. No water provided in our room or facilities to refill our bottles. Staff were not that friendly nor forthcoming with any information. We had to ask all the time.

Very central to the old town, just off the main square. The room was a great size & clean. We were not able to get an early check-in, but they did look after our bags until we were able to access our room.

The room is small and basic. It is not sound proof you can hear people in the hall way as well as the rooms next to and below yours.

The location is perfect for a few days in town. Right by the center and everything is walking distance. The staff is great and we were able to store our luggage. There is a working station and you can buy coffee, beer, and sodas. The water pressure in the shower is excellent.
