restaurant was beautiful. maybe have a couple staff that can speak a little better english? They got my order wrong. My fault too for not speaking Spanish but for ease of service. Do you have door tags? we are not a fan of people in the room for daily turn downs while our stuff is there.

I liked it overall but if I may comment, the lobby area and room could be a little bit cleaner. The restaurant cocktails are pricey but just average in taste. Overall still very happy with our stay.

Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows for 2 people. Water in the room with tea. The AC was in great working condition and set at a good temperature. The shower was hot and the accomodations were excellent.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Awesome location in probably the safest area of the city in close proximity to amazing restaurants and historical landmarks. Rooms are either very new or extremely well maintained. It's basically perfect.

Rooms are quite small - smaller than I realized they would be. For two people, we were having a hard time storing and accessing our two pieces of luggage in our room.

The atmosphere of the restaurant on the 7th floor really wowed me. Beautiful design! Also, we are really grateful to the hotel staff for allowing us to store our bags while we explored Guatemala City during the day before our flight late at night.

Modern, tastefully decorated hotel, love the good hotel concept, the room was comfortable, clean and nice touches such as the worry dolls on the bed and filtered water and teabags with kettle. Best thing about the hotel was Kate on reception! She is truly an asset to this hotel, she treated me like a vip guest, even walking me to the closest atm to withdraw some money

Very nice,, helpful staff. They helped us arrange transport to airport in advance. Very responsive to our Booking.com messages. Very clean. Rooms were small but well laid out with roomy sink and shower. Comfortable bed but one person has to crawl over other.

Beautiful place with a wonderful mission to help Guatemalan kids in need. Fabulous safe location near bars and restaurants, tastefully designed rooms and comfortable beds. But what really makes this place special is the people. Not only is everyone friendly and helpful but they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Location is not the best.

I had to book this hotel because my flight with United got canceled. However, it turned out to be a wonderful stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room, which had a balcony, was charming. I really enjoyed the amazing Guatemalan cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant. Additionally, there were plenty of great foodie spots nearby to explore.

We loved the design of the room - super modern and comfy, but with really cool textile art. And pretty fun/funny to have a shower built for two! We really appreciated the local products & the rooftop restaurant was AMAZING! It felt very safe and the staff is so attentive.

The room was super small, one side of the bed was smack against the wall, so the other person had to climb over to get out. The bathroom shower made a mess into the hallway, also too small. No television in the room, and no blackout curtains

Breakfast was a bit confusing a la carte at neighboring cafe. Unfortunately right in the landing path of the airport so the room was very noisy.
