Nothing really. It’s a steep descend to get down there and up, but its because its on a hill.

I made a mistake with my booking and the staff was so helpful and managed it perfectly. They also were very helpful in booking transportation to and for our further travels. Also the view and the beds were great! The food is very good and the beers are local and on draft. Thank you Earth Lodge!

Relatively seen, it's more expensive to different places (but hey, it's a remote location so its not that weird ;) )

Amazing location: it looks way better than the photo's do. They also did some remodeling in the cabins, which is nice. They just switched owners and were closed for some days before we came, so it was a bit quiet (in a positive way!).

Was surpriced to experience they had a dj saturday, which was loud. Maybe check in advance if you are going here for the peace and quiet. No charging in the tent.

Very friendly staff. Super helpful. Comfortable bed in tent. Nice restaurant with marked vegan options. The view is amazing!

Average cocktails - all of which have mineral water in for some reason We got food poisoning and the hotel refused to admit we got it from the hotel (despite only eating there for 3 days in a row), including adding banana and toast to our bill (which was fairly ungracious considering we only ate it as it's all we could eat) Toilet and shower are outside which wasn't made super clear in the room description

The bedding could be a bit more comfortable (the beds themselves)! Otherwise, truly, I have to think hard about what I didn't like there - it was so incredible.

The grounds were so unique - a true experience that delivered on everything from views to food to facilities (yoga, sauna, etc). The staff was incredible!

We had trouble with the pick-up from Antigua to El Hato, not being able to leave our luggage at the point of pick-up. Pretty inconvenient: we had to pay a place across the street to leave our bags for the afternoon.

We loved about everything about this place: the view, our bungalow (with separate bathroom and hot water), the playground, the fire place, the food, the staff and the people...

It's a bit of a jaunt out of Antigua. Not far, like 15 minutes, but felt pretty removed. It's not that I minded this, but if you want to explore the city or go anywhere, you're not really close to anything.

This is a beautiful location. I loved the property, the tree house cabin and the staff. Great food, yoga classes in the mornings and lots of places to hang out. I was traveling on my own and felt safe at Earth Lodge. It was a great place to stay upon arriving in Guatemala.

May be food could be a little bit more Alive but I it’s good quality love food most of it organic and handmade. Mmm chocolate. I saw some worker may be spraying something on the avocado fields. Want to think is organic.

Pet friendly nature quietness staff temazcal view was amazing. We love it . We even thought about applying for the couple job. We re learning and writing about reviews and projects that have a different perspective. Thanks , And we re definitely comin back.

Absolutely stunning Lodge in the hills outside Antigua! We came with our 2yo for a few days of relaxation from our trip and loved everything about our stay at Earth Lodge! Lovely little huts strewn across an avocado farm, beautiful views of the volcanoes and surroundings. We loved the bathroom in our 2nd hut, El Sueco! Food is amazing, we love that you can order breakfast anytime of the day. Very well-led yoga classes in the morning (fees apply). Staff/Volunteers are all very welcoming and helpful with any questions or special wishes you may have. Our 2yo specially loved the playground and football field!! Yummy daily dinner menu.

The property is simply a gem. From the cute tiny rooms nestled in a lush forest, to the spectacular views of the 3 vulcanos surrounding Antigua, and the lovely dogs. The food is ok although there is not much variety. Overall the atmosphere is amazing. I could have stayed for an entire week. Great value for money
