Some walls might be a bit thin. And because we had a neighbor "very vocal during the nights" - if you know what I mean, we had trouble sleeping well.

The location is very good and the room has everything that you need. Also, on the floor there was a small kitchen where you could make your morning coffee, tea, etc. And I'd like to give a shout out for the cleaning. Although the owner wasn't there, he was very responsive via Booking chat, so all in all we had a good stay.

The only minus i could think of is that the soundproofing wasn't the best, if you have a loud neighborur you could hear them.

I liked that the owner, Kostas is one of the nicest people i've met, the location was 2 minutes from the taverns, everything was functional, clean and confy. Great value for money all in all.

There was no hairdryer

The locality of the room is amazing, just few minutes from the restaurants and the beach. The stuff helped us with everything and the owner always responded within few hours. The overall atmosphere was amazing.

Fantastic location, 2 minute walking distance from harbor for the ferry, in the center of village /restaurants and the beach but super quiet with a comfortable bed and good wifi. Kostas was adorable and helpful. Its a great value for the price. Also the house is well isolated so it was less hot than in other places. It looks better than the photos on internet aldough it's minimalist but you have everything you need and it's super clean. We booked it last minute for one night stay in order to catch a ferry and I was really surprised how quite it was.

A very good, quiet and spacious accommodation equipped with everything needed for the stay, cleaning and change of towels, bed linen; The AC worked very well (if you know how to use it) throughout our stay, at no time did we have any problems with it. Kostas is a kind and gentle person, he advised us on the island's main attractions, restaurants and beaches. The accommodation is well located, it is close to the port and supermarkets in the area. We had a great time and will definitely be back

The host was really friendly and easygoing. He shared amazing tips about the town based on his experiences. The room was spacious for 2 people, very clean & tidy, bed was comfortable. The balcony had a nice mountain view.

The few things that I personally wished were better were all regarding to the particular studio we got. Our balcony even though it was spacious we only sat on it at night since it was on the east side and the sun was blasting in the morning. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. And for the last part, the toilet was really small and without an actual shower cabin just a shower head. There weren’t any pictures of it when we booked it so it was a bit of a surprise. Luckily it functioned nicely and we didn’t flood the room at all. I guess we got used to it so it didn’t cause much of a problem. In conclusion for the price we got I personally think these minor inconveniences were not that bad.

The apartment was at a great location in Vasiliki. It was a minute away from the center yet it was quiet for sleeping. The parking was always available. Our studio had almost like a private entrance since it was the first room, so pandemic wise it was perfect. The studio was probably the cleanest one I’ve ever been in. They also cleaned it once in the week we were there which was enough. The studio was huge and the kitchen was quite equipped. The AC was great and everything worked properly. Kostas was extremely nice and helpful. He told us a few hacks around the island and we are very grateful! All in all we had a very pleasant stay :)

While there was a minor inconvenience with the water not working in the mornings for a few hours, I was informed that this is a common issue in the region. Despite that,

I had a wonderful stay in this room! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was simply fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-situated place to stay.
