The place, the views, and the location were fantastic, and the accommodation is very comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The host was very friendly and always willing to help.

- there is a nice small beach in front of the villa , pebbles on the beach but sandy after few meters when you get in the water - parking is close and not crowded - very nice view if you have a room on the sea side - large balcony ( I had a two bedroom suite) - all utilities and a kitchenette - there is a bar belonging to the villa and you can enjoy a beverage in the evening or some ice cream if you have kids - the host was very enjoyable to talk to - sums up Greece : nice place and relaxed people

Fantastic location, right by the beach. The rooms were great for a holiday stay with a small kitchen with everything you need and a beautiful balcony. The bar was very nice, overlooking the beautiful beach. We had drinks and fruits with yoghurt and honey everyday. The owner and his family were lovely and helpful with everything. We absolutely loved it and would love to come back sometime!

The noise from the road, it was hard to sleep with all the cars passing.

The view was amazing. Espiros the owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had an AC.

the rooms are a little basic for the price. the shower was broken (wouldn’t stay upright ) but we managed to fix it with a knife

The hosts were very kind and friendly, our every need was met. The place is in a perfect location, the beach is 20 meters away, fish restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend the place for a family vacation

All the negative points are relative to the price we have paid, as they are quite small. When you consider the price, you start picking on details: the small kitchenette could have been a bit better organized (there are no cupboards for dishes/cuttlery, instead they all sit piled under the sink), there were many light bulbs that had gone (many light switches that did nothing), the dishwasher did not work, the apartment was right near the path where few people passed through (probably other guests) so it was a bit awkard when we sat in the evenings on the terrace. Also, the grass in the backyard looked nice but it was not allowed to be stepped on (however, we have not insisted on this matter).

The location is excellent. Very close to a nice beach, You can have a swim right outside the terrace. The apartment was big and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they are very quick to respond. Free parking can be found very close to the apartment.

The sound from the street can be heard at night, even by deep sleepers, it would be great if they could update the windows to sometihng more modern.

The place is fantastic! Right on the beach and right next to a good seafood restaurant. The room is spacious, has all facilities with a great bathroom. The balcony is a fantastic place to have your coffee in the morning or wine in the evening and the view is fantastic.

Location was superb, sandwiched between a charming beach and equally charming harbour. Views out from the terrace were terrific and access from there to the beach was a big bonus. We also had use of the small grassy garden which overlooked the sea.

Room was really large but there is not enough space for personal staff ( clothes, etc ), also kitchen is really basic so not useful to cook as there is not space, but it's quite ok to prepare a breakfast or make a coffee. Rooms on the right has partial sea view ( there are some beautiful trees in front of the balcon ) but are really noisy because of the road and sometimes the music in the garden even if makes nice atmosphere and good vibes makes difficult to sleep.

Location is stunning, close to beach with a really beautiful landscape. Large balcon, wih table and seats, comfortable for some relax moments. The garden is beautiful with a lot of flowers and nice lights but it's no more ''free'' for some relaxing moments for Villa's guests as now it's a Wine Bar with music and cocktails.

Amazing place, beautiful villa next to the beach, some restaurants, and most of all, great family that hosts it. Location is great to explore the island and enjoy the sea. Our apartment had the most beautiful terrace and garden looking out to the sea, that is just meters away.

If you are lucky and you get some of the rooms that are on the facade towards the water you are lucky because on the other side is a very very busy street. The windows and balcony doors were not isolated well enough and sometimes the noise was so loud that we thought we had forgotten the windows open.... We slept all nights with earplugs. That fact along with the fact that it is basically a bit away from any of the main cities/villages made that price just a tiny bit more than it deserved.

The rooms are in a beautiful location near a small marina, with nice tavernas next to it. The room was large and comfortable, the bed super comfy and we loved the fact that we had a balcony overseeing the nice bar/cafe that is part of the property which the owners have decorated in a really nice and warm way. Even if we weren't there getting a drink, we enjoying looking to it because it is so pretty. Furthermore the location is right next to the water so we loved seeing the sparkling reflections of the sun/moon on it.
