The room was organised in such a way that you could not see the see from inside: the only window was the door to the terrace, which could only be seein if standing on front of it. Bathroom windows face the general corridor other guests use to get to their rooms.

Really attentive hosts, thoroughly serviced rooms, very easy access to the beach.

The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, the toilet would run for a long time and spontaneously and the odor from the bathroom was strong. We were told it was from the trash can where we throw the used toilet paper but we would be out all day after it had been cleaned with no paper in the trash and the odor was strong.

The hosts were amazing, breakfast was a buffet and great, the views and access to the beach was awesome. The host left a small bottle Of wine for us to celebrate our anniversary.

The kitchen was not well equipped. No sponge, no kitchen towel, no proper pan etc... There were sun beds belong to hotel but eating or drinking was mandatory, this gives some negative feeling...

The internet connection was bad, but it is not because of the hotel, it is because of the island condition.

The view of the hotel was wonderful. Beds&pillows are comfortfull. Everything was very clean. Yannis was really kind, friendly and helpful. Kitchen has everything if you need to use it.

There are only very minor, insignificant points, like the TV being a bit small, or the shower being narrow -- nothing affecting the exceptional time you'll have! :)

It was overall an incredible experience! The hotel is just next to the beach, and you sleep with the sound of waves! The room is very spacious and clean, and has a perfectly well-equipped kitchen. Having some afternoon drinks in the balcony, watching the see and the horizon, is just amazing! At our arrival, it was pretty windy and the sea was wavy, but on our last day, we really enjoyed the sea to the fullest! The location is not very central, which can be a major advantage in the hot season. Also, there are a couple of cafés and restaurants nearby (just a few minutes walking distance). If you wish to have a full experience of Chios, you would definitely need a car, though. The most unforgettable part of our stay has been the hospitality and the exceptional breakfast! Apart from being a friendly person, Triantafyllia is an amazing chef! So, even though you have the option to prepare breakfast in your room, I would strongly recommend you to taste the delicious cakes and pastries alongside with some great tea/coffee.

Nice place for having a laid back style vacation. Apartment was great, clean and cool - we never used AC during our week there- was no need for it. Wi Fi however didn't work almost - I don't know maybe it because of its an island? We had our own internet on the phone so it was not an issue for us. Owners are very pleasant persons and they helped us with all questions which we had. You have pretty you own private beach in front of your apparent and this is really amazing. Mostly of people were like 100 meters away on the beach near the restaurants and we had our privacy. Monday - Wednesday was literally empty everywhere (we were in September) and Thursday -Sunday the locals came to the beach but even there it was long far away from overloaded. Cleaning service was everyday and they are doing great job as well. Owners has even a restaurant in the beginning of the beach and there they do serving breakfast and you can go there for lunch/dinner as well. You have to walk for breakfast like 3 minutes but it was not an issue for us - just great to have some small morning walk. Breakfast was good, we were never hungry. You got always eggs, scrambled eggs, some kind of sausages/bacon, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, and 1-2 more type of cheeses. 3-4 different bread types, butter, watermelon, melon, grapes, 4-5 types of sweet bakeries, coffee and tea. Granola, honey, jams and milk as well. More than enough in my point of view. All fruits and vegetables are much better in taste that they sell in supermarkets in Chios, especially water melon and tomatoes. Next time we will ask owners for water melon and not go for supermarket :) The local grocery is closed - didn't make it during covid, but maybe it will open again. However there are few big markets in Chios and you can go there by a local bus for 1.6 eur and take a taxi back for around 20 eur. But in main you can make it around with restaurants on the beach during the day.

There were no grocery stores around closeby. Also the public transportation timetable needs to be checked before your trip. But the bus to the city centre takes half an hour.

Very kind personnel. Beach is not too crowded and there are many businesses that serve with very affordable sunbeds.
