We had a great stay at Theodora’s! Located in the pretty village of Avia, our spacious room had a great view of the sea, and a large balcony for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The room had a fabulous bed; lots of practical storage space and electrical plugs, ultra modern bathroom, a small kitchenette perfect for making small meals, comfortable chairs, on-site parking, etc. One of the best places we stayed in our 5 week trip to Greece! Theodora was an excellent hostess, and gave us great suggestions on places to visit, such as ancient Messina. Close to the Mani, Kardamyli, Kalamata. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is a 8-suit mini-hotel perfect for a few days away from the busy life to swim and enjoy life. The room is great, the beach is in a 5-min walk. There are 2 good restaurants and a coffee-shop with a take away in 3 mins walk. The sea is perfect with many-many fish don't forget to get your snorkel with you. The host Theodora and her family are super-nice.

This is such a special place - beautiful views of the sea, a short walk to the beach, great air con, amazing shower, but most of all Theodora, who is a warm and welcoming host and who really made our holiday so special. We can't wait to come back.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. In a beautiful area close to a number of secluded coves and beaches. A choice of restaurants, cafes and two shops all within walking distance. Made to feel very welcome by Theodora and her family. Theodora even enabled us to cook on the rooftop terrace. Bottle of water in the fridge and toiletries much appreciated. We had free use of mountain bikes which was great as we did not have a car. Theodora's husband kindly gave us a lift to the bus stop when we left. It is also a good base to explore the area. I would recommend staying here and would gladly return.

We loved it totally. Theodora is so nice and kind. The appartments have very good size ....with a lot of light the balcony as well so large and the see view just stunning. There is all you need in the appartment and the sheets are changed every couple of days. The beach nearby it was such a bless...we almost didnt move from there. Wild beach and clear blue water. The appartment is near to everything...supermarket restaurants and other beaches. Would definitely recomd this place and we hope to go back again

Theodora Apartment is a very good place to stay if you want live the authentic Greece. This area is not so touristic and there are very beautiful beaches closed to the apartment (two beautiful beaches only 5 min walking). You can spend your time almost alone in these beaches. We have seen a lot of amazing sunsets there! Theodora is a very kind person, she gave us usefull tipps for enjoying 100% our vacation! The apartment (n1, first floor) is cleaned and has a beautiful and peaceful view from the balcony. It was a pleasure live for 10 days in the Messinia region: beaches, mountains, waterfalls and the beautiful Ancient Messinia Archeologic Site. Theodora Apartment is 30 minutes by car from Kalamata and 1h20' from the Navarino bay (go there if you have time, it's worth it!) and 1h from the Polylimnio Waterfalls! We also went climbing on the mountains (Lagada's climbing park) and the landscape was very nice. So, if you want to book your holidays in this region we absolutely recommend Theodora Apartment!!
