Balcony was very small compared to other rooms on the same level Room was a good size but wardrobe position extremely awkward as priority has been given to including an extra single bed, so it was easier for us to use the bed for clothes 'storage' than the wardrobe – it would have been difficult if there had actually been 3 of us! (The room we had doesn’t feature on any of the room photos on this website, or the accommodation’s own website).

Property is uphill as most properties in the island, so something to consider if you have a heavy luggage and haven't arranged transport from the port.

The kitchen has very basic equipment: no decent knife, no bread knife, no bowl for salad. Salt and pepper would be appreciated.

Lovely views, perfect for sunsets, spacious rooms and good beds. Very clean and serviced daily. We asked that our son sleeps on the single bed that is in the room ( in addition to the double) and they immediately provided the extra sheets. The location is good, within walking distance to the bakery, supermarkets and restaurants ( but be ready to exercise walking back as it's all uphill).

A slightly bigger balcony in our studio would have been better.

Very nice studio with a great view over the village towards the sea. Very good position to access local tavernas and the great walking trails on the island. Room cleaned every day, everything felt clean and fresh.

The room is not prepared for mosquitos... I would really appreciate if the door access to the terrace or even a window were protected with a net so we could open it in the evening. The kitchen facilities would have been perfect if it it would not lack of salt and servillets. It is a simple detail that really helps. (To the owners: We were staying in room 14, the plastic of the handle of frier pan is old and sticky, so I would advise to change it. Also the sink of the bathroom and the kitchen leaked water)

The nights were cool when we were there, but we could not open the windows and get some fresh air, because there were some mosquitos and only the bathroom window has screen.

Like the other reviews here- there's a bit of a steep walk up from the city square - about 3 min. But it's not a big deal. I rented a car to drive around the island most days so was no problem at all.

Absolutely perfect! Can't wait to return to Amorgos and Nostos Studios. The property is a quiet little pension with renovated rooms that are very tastefuly decorated. small and functional kitchen. Great housekeeping everyday. Breezy balcony. Very friendly owner! No English but no problem!

The location is perfect, in the town of Aegiali, very close to the shops, restaurants and near the beach. The room was bigger than i thought and perfectly equiped. The little terrace was a plus!

My friend said that his single bed was a bit soft. The double bed was very comfortable.

The studio was of a much higher standard than I expected, given the great value price. Well decorated, lovely bathroom, with hot water available constantly. The balcony was really large and well equipped with a great view of the bay. Just a few minutes walk from the port, although it was up quite a steep hill.

Everything is perfect. Fantastic cleaning, lovely balcony and view, not so big room but with everything you need, beautiful and equipped kitchen, friendly host, a bit of a healthy (upward!) walk from the port but unless your movement is significantly impaired that is no big deal (even with small pieces of luggage)

Beautiful room, nicely furnished, impeccably clean, perfect location. We loved staying here and wish out stay was longer. 5 minutes by foot to the port, everything else on the island easily reachable by car. It was quiet and peaceful for a good night rest. We just loved everything about this place.

Beautiful, clean studios. The host has been extremely friendly. Rooms got cleaned every day. The beach is at walking distance. The kitchen is small but it has everything needed it. Nice balcony for breakfast or dinner. Highly recommend it to couples and singles.
