Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CroatiaWhen contacting resort about transfer from the airport (previous to our trip), we were recommended "their trusted partner" company that charged more than an average taxi. On spot, when we were arranging tranfer to the airport, we were recommend completely different company that charged three times less. The quality and cooking of food was very average. No substitute for milk (like plant based) on breakfast and no gluten free options. Drinks are cheap and very sugary. Resort is very isolated and there is literally nowhere to go, unless you rent a car (or take a local inter city bus).
It is a very nice place to relax. Staff is very kind and hospitable. Although the weather didn't serve us well, we fully enjoyed relaxing by the pool or sea, or just walking and exploring resort and it's surroundings.

United KingdomThis place is definitely for families and senior citizens. We were pretty much the only young people at the resort (aged 27-30) but I should note this was during the quieter season (mid September) so things may be different during the peak of party season (Jun - Aug). The all inclusive food was hit and miss, though there is a large variety of food and desserts on offer everyday. There was also a major difference between breakfast at Luna restaurant and the main restaurant near reception. I would recommend Luna for breakfast.
The staff make this place extremely worthwhile. Super thanks to the Head Chef of the main restaurant and bartenders who were just brilliant vibes every day of our stay. Customer service overall was top tier and I highly recommend the all inclusive for unlimited cocktails. The staff went above and beyond for us who came as a group of friends - 2 boys and 3 girls. Even when we needed to get taxi's into town the hotel reception arranged this no matter the hour (on one night we left past 1am to go to the kavos strip which is only a 7 minute ride or so). There was a large variety of food for the days we were there. Breakfast at the Luna restaurant was fantastic ! I will definitely be returning for party season this time!

IrelandI would like to share a couple of observations concerning the room's cleanliness. Upon our arrival, we noticed some dust in the main wardrobe after placing our clothes inside. It wasn't a major issue, and we were able to address it ourselves. Additionally, there were a few instances (2 or 3) when the daily room cleaning was not up to the usual standard, though this wasn't a significant concern either.
Amazing food, a truly lovely location, and very friendly staff, especially Peggy from reception. If you're looking for a family-friendly and safe destination, that's the place to go.

Italythe food could be better but it was ok, the beach is unfortunately full of seaweed (which is not the hotel’s fault) but they tried to clean it every day, the location is a bit far off the beautiful beaches

BulgariaAs a location, probably there are better beaches in Corfu. There are queues for dinner at some hours. Gym equipment is not perfect and the spa charge is not the coolest thing about the hotel. If you wanna sightsee around, you’ll need a car and time.
Very cosy and place, good food and police staff. Supermarket and car rent in proximity.

Romania- if you are coming from/to the Corfu Airport the options can become quite pricey and limited - when we arrived we came by bus(we took bus number 15 from the airport and after 4 stops we took the B5 who took us in front of the hotel). The duration was around 1h30' and the price was ok(around 6euro/person). When we went to the airport we tried to use uber but it wasn't available, the bus schedule was not what we needed and we used the taxi(100euro). The taxi ride took approx. 1 hour
- Food - a lot of tasty dishes and a lot of options. During our stay for one week we had also a Greek evening where we tasted a lot of Greek specialties. For breakfast there were the classical options(eggs cooked in four or five ways, small pancakes, fruits, beans, pastry, cereals, honey, vegetables). During one week you can make different combinations. For lunch and dinner there were a lot of options, including vegetable options and Greek specialties. At the Pirata restaurant the options included pizza(3 types), gyros, club sandwich, salads. We tested also the La Rosa a la carte menu and we were pretty delighted - Personnel - the team was very helpful, polite, speaking at least two foreign languages(the ladies from reception) and smiling a lot. The appreciation refers to the team from reception(Vagna and Amanda), the bar or from the restaurants(Pirata, La Rosa or the Arete) - Animation team(especially Claire) - although they were there especially for the French tourists, they were very energetic and funny - The compound - everything is quiet after the 23 and there is a lot of vegetation; there is also a tennis court. - The beach - the water is perfect for families - at the shore there are some algae but after some 10m it becomes clear. But most important there are no tides and in the first 50-75m the water is around 50-75cm deep - Options for having fun in the weekend - there was a minidisco for children, some dancing after that and some gaming machines, pool tables and a table tennis - Boat rental - on the hotel beach there is a boat rental shop(paddle boats, pedalo, jetsky etc). You can also book some trips to Sivota, Paxos/Antipaxos and Corfu town. It is a good option in order to save time.

United KingdomThe AC in the rooms were not effective when it’s too hot. We had uncomfortable sleep especially with a baby it was difficult. Engineering also couldn’t do much to make it cooler. No fans at the restaurant either while dinning. With so many guests the ac also is not so effective. Wanted to Sit outside for dinners but with mosquitoes around & no fan we just couldn’t. Pricy massages at the spa (no wonder it was always empty) pool loungers are taken / reserved by 8/9 am itself. Guess people when they wake up in the midnight to pee comes & block the loungers by putting their towels on them. In our 5 day stay we didn’t get an empty lounger to use. We had to lay our towels on the grass under trees with a small baby. Reception desk staff very straight face, no welcoming smiles / pleasant to talk to. Not very happy to serve any guest. One suggestion- they have a cute kids outdoor play area but like u Hv umbrellas at the kiddie pool , it would be nice to hv a cover above the play area as well. Since day time it’s too hot and evenings mosquitoes too love to play around and no parents want their kids to get bitten. Pls carry a spray before u travel. Hotel mini shop also very expensive.
The hotel is on the beach which was great. Option of breakfast in 2 restaurants. It was same but ambience made a lot of difference. Having bf at Luna Rosa was much quieter & relaxing. Small kids pool was also good ,Best part it had umbrellas around it for ur little ones to enjoy I’m so much of Sun. Amazing staff at all 3 restaurants. The pool bar had a lovely beach facing setting. Cristina at the restaurant is a star ! So many cats around the hotel, kept kids entertained.

AlbaniaThe only minor downside was the inconsistent internet connection in the room. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would consider returning for another relaxing getaway.

Netherlands1. The cleaning in the rooms can be better. However there was peak season. 2. The rooms and bathrooms would need a renovation. The bathroom sink in the room, outside of the bathroom. 3. The food was good, but not great. However there is something for everyone. The best place to eat from our point of view is the beach bar. Additional, nothing to do with hotel: - Please expect a long drive from the airport (cca 1 hour) - Even if the sea water level is low (great for kids), the weeds are so annoying
1. The positivity, smile and kindness of all people that work in the resort. Always willing to please the guests. 2. The view and the location of the beach bar (exactly on the beach and sand) are great. They also make good cocktails and good coffee (for a la carte option!) 3. The trip with the crew from seawater sports is a must!

PolandThe big disappoinment was the room bathroom - very tiny and the sink was in the room rather than in the bathroom! There are many kids and they make the place quite loud. Typically there was 5-15 min wait-time to get a table for the dinner. Many mosquitos - dining outside can be difficult.
The hotel is nice and well maintained. Good food and very friendly staff. Pools are quite big and much fun. My kids enjoyed the glides and also the cats in the resort. A well equipped store is available there. Parking was no problem. The sea was warm and shallow. Many sunbeds available for guests but - as always - not enough around the pool. 1hr late checkout was not a problem.
