Nice view, clean and comfortable. The hostess was very kind, the checkout was supposed to be at 11 but she has let us stay until 6.

It’s a bit of a walk but from the port with quite a few stairs. Takes about 10-15 mins depending… BUT the view makes this very worth it.

We liked everything! However, one should know if renting this little jewel box apartment/house, that it is half a mile up a steep hill - but you get a view and quiet! Then when you go into town, it is all downhill - so perfect. :)

Christine was very communicative. The property is in a quiet location and has the most beautiful view of the entire port. Further, it was the perfect size for our family of three. The apartment is so cute and clean with all the amenities one could wish for, including a small kitchen and a laundry machine. Hydra is amazing, the people are very nice, the beaches and swimming areas stunning and the food/restaurants excellent.

We loved everything about the property!! The trip up with suitcases should not be underestimated! We opted not to take a donkey and it was a bit challenging! But that view was worth it.

The KK house was perfect for our visit to Hydra! Charming inside and the seating areas outside was our favorite for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening or reading a book. So peaceful! The view is absolutely beautiful  The host, Christine was helpful and responsive and left drinks and coffee to start our stay!

Wonderful views, beautiful house with quality amenities. Christine gave us excellent recommendations and organised a donkey for our luggage. The steps up to the apartment are fine. You can avoid steps by following the slope

Only small comment is that hot water for shower or bath will last for 1 person at a time 1/2 hour to heatup

For the price of 200 stears the view is amazing! Kitchen had all we needed.

The down point of the exceptional view was the height you had to climb each time to get it. But that was explained in the details before we booked

It's a steep climb up the steps, but that's necessary for the great view.

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the town and the boats entering the port. The house is spacious and well equipped. We slept well on the comfortable bed with the shutters keeping it dark. Christine was helpful and kept in touch with us.

Beautiful views of Hydra and a very clean and well equipped apartment. Special thanks to Christina and Kiki who helped us coordinate a late night check-in. The apartment is very close to the port once you manage the steps. We will be back next time we return to beautiful Hydra.

not ideal for handicapped

overall an excellent accommodation with a beautiful view over the island. The typical Hydra traditional house is well maintained and located up to the hill, so daily exercise is included 😀!

The apartment is located on one of the hills of Hydra. While it takes 10 minutes to walk up the steps this is rewarded with a beautiful view from the terrace that overlooks the harbour. Eating breakfast, dinner or just relaxing after a day on the beach while looking at the water and the city is breathtaking. In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay, the host even supplied us with some water, wine and beer. We wish to come back!

The hike to the apartment was very difficult. Over 200 stairs with a steep incline. The view had a partial obstruction. Large cable wire and rooftop of another building obstructing the view of the sea. The seating area in the living room was not comfortable. The shower was not stable. Very difficult to shower with a dancing shower head. Mold on the shower curtain (needs to be replaced). Kitchen tools (cutting board specifically ) needs to be replaced. Dirty tools that I had to clean. The decor of the apartment could use some help. A bit of a mish mash in general. The space over the balcony area was full of trash and abandoned debris. Even though it was not in a direct view, it should be cleaned. It’s an eyesore.

Christine was very helpful. Arranged for the donkey service to pick and deliver our luggage to the port. She was prompt in answering all our inquiries. She recommended places to dine. Very private and quiet. Comfortable outdoor space. There was plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable. AC was great.
