Very nice place to stay in Kokkari. just a short walk to the beach, bars and all restuarants. Been in Kokkari many times during the last 5 years and Katarinas apartmenst is one of the best stay ever. Freindly hosts and they was really taking care of us. The rooms was clean and with a good kitchen. Everyday a very cute and freindly cat, Akilles, with a lot of personality was visiting us when we arrived back to the room. In the evenings he loved to be laying and sleeping in our knees when we was sitting at the balcony.

First of all the facility giving you the best they can. Managing by lovely family. They are treating you like their own. I stayed with my mum, dad and cousins. We rented 2 apartments. They were very cousy and spotless. We all loved the place. The location was very beautiful and central with a beautiful garden. Thank you again for a lovely holiday.

The owners have several of their cats in the property garden, which was not a problem, but if you want to relax outside in the garden and you’re not a cat person, it can become annoying.

The apartments were well located, beach, bars, restaurants etc. were all within walking distance. The owners were lovely and cleaning was done almost every day.

There weas a nice friendly couple who was running the place. The hospitality was excellent. We came to pick up the keys at midnight and they were there whenever we needed something.

Location is great! Rooms - kitchen equipped well! Beds are comfy. Bathroom was clean. Room cleaned everyday. Garden is a great advantage for kids. Owners are very friendly, welcoming, helpful - complimentary welcome drinks and snacks are just an example for that.

The hosts were lovely and kind from the moment I arrived! The room was cleaned and refreshed daily and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants and there is parking available nearby too. On my next visit to Samos, I will definitely be booking again!

Delightful ! Small apartment complex , set back from the centre but 2 minutes gentle stroll will take you to the centre of beach road or village square. Very peaceful with a lovely garden . Apartments are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The separate kitchen is a bonus with full sized fridge and combi oven if needed . Good shower . The best thing here though are the owners , lovely people who go the extra mile to make you welcome, little touches everyday and they take obvious pride to ensure you enjoy your stay . Will happily book again next time I am in Kokkari.

The owners Mr. and Mrs. Prentas are very polite, speak a good english and give to guests all they need to spend a good and restful holydays in their apartments, that are well equiped and clean. The apartments are two minutes from restaurants and shops in Kokkari Village and you can walk to beaches in a few minutes. I am sure I will come back again to Katerina Apartments. Probably, for the next time i will take my own orthopedic pillow to make the stay 100% perfect.

Perfect location, very peacefull and quiet, close to the beach as well as center of Kokkari. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels. Look forward for the next summer. Would recommend to all this accommodation!!

Thank you so much to Katerina and her family! I had a wonderful week with them. The appartments are very cosy, clean and well equipped. The garden is so beautiful and nice to have breakfast or a drink at night. The family were very helpful and gave me tips on car rental, going around by bus, etc. And the highlight of my vacation was the massage Victoria (Katerina's granddaughter) gave me - very relaxing! She also does nails, make-up, etc. I will definitely come back!! :)

I stayed at Katerina apartements for two weeks in late September and early October. I received a very warm welcome with a cold juice and a quick tour of the apartement. The apartements are located in a quiet yet downtown neighborhood - perfect spot. The apartement was spacious, clean and well equipped. I didn't use the kitchen but feeding yourself by cooking meals should be easy with the equipment. I was given fresh towels daily and they were folded into the most beautiful towel art which made me smile every day I came back. I received small gifts with the new towels, sometimes a small bottle of Samos wine, sometimes sweets - daily! Honestly, I cannot remember receiving such dedication to me feeling at home. It was a very pleasant stay with incredibly warm hosts. Whenever I should come back to Kokkari or Samos, I would stay with Katerina again!

There was really nothing to complain about.

We felt very welcome from the Beginning. The apartments had everything we needed, and they were very clean! Everything was cleaned on the second day of our 3 day stay. We received fresh towels and the trash was emptied regularly. The Location is very central, pastry shop, Supermarket, Car rentals and the beach only 5 minutes away. We would Like to come Back again!

It could be seen an opportunity to make a hook to the shower, so it can be attached to the wall to shower with both hands free.

Owners are very frienfdly and service minded, daily cleaning was top! lots of privacy. Positive attention of the owners! Location was good a lot of shadow, nearly no muscito' s after sunset. Distance to beach only 3 minutes, quit in the evening. This is our 4th stay at Kokkari and until now the best location ever! .
