Everything was good

Perfect location, 1 minute walk to a choice of swimming spots. Clean and spacious apartment that was very quiet. Staff were always helpful and available. There is a mini market next door and tavernas close by.

We had lovely time in this part of Island. Avlemonas is small and Beauty Town. The Host is super and she cares about you all the time. Hope to be there soone!!! If you think of getting there with kids, its the place, everything is close from Kanellis!! 🌅❤️🌅

I wish we would have had been in Kythira longer so we could have had more time to converse more with the lovely people in Avlemonas.

It was quaint and convenient. We stayed during the off season so it was relaxing and quiet.

Location was amazing! Building is opposite of the iconic beach spot so you can cross in your bathing suit. Even when it’s windy this spot is not affected so you can have a calm swim. I stayed in room 5 which was on 1st floor. The flat was very spacious and comfy. Also big bed and balcony. The bathroom recently renovated. The owner and staff were excellent. They were truly interested in making my stay pleasant. I was granted early check in and late check out. I will definitely come back!

The cleaning standard of the apartment was almost 'too good'. We didn't need our towels and bed linen changed twice during a one week stay.

Wonderful location in beautiful 'holiday' village. A one minute walk down to the side of the rocky cove for a swim before breakfast, and one minute away from all the tavernas and cafes.

The bed was built-in and accessible from only one side. However, not a major drawback to what was a very pleasant stay in the nicest village on Kithera.

The studio (3) was just back from the seafront, yet the balcony provided a good view of the sea. Our hostess, Andriana couldn’t have been more helpful and she was a mine of information about the island. The studio was spacious, and there was daily cleaning and regular change of linen.

Absolutely nothing. The apartment was perfect.

A lovely, light, spacious and spotless apartment in a perfect location right opposite the beach and near the restaurants. The host Adriana was the most friendly and welcoming person imaginable, and greeted me with oranges and her own homemade olive oil. I could not recommend these apartments more highly.

Everything was perfect, our staying in Avlemonas could not have been better!

The facilities are very good, had a lovely studio withe a very cosy terrace. The attention by the Manager was impeccable, we received advice on places to visit and eat. The place is spotless clean and very comfortable. Want to thank the Manager, Andriana; for her help and assistance on making our holidays an unforgettable experience.

First and foremost: our host Adrianna! She gave us the warmest welcome and helped us a lot to plan our stay in Kythira. She was so helpful and cheerful it was a real pleasure to meet her! Other than that, our apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. We had a great view on the Avlemonas bay from the balcony. Would really recommend going there :)

We had a wonderful stay here! Angela was so kind and helpful, the room had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. The location is also wonderful, we rented a car and that allowed us to check out the rest of the island. Would definitely stay here again

The room didn’t meet expectations. Despite the fact that we reserved a “superior” room, the advertised pictures didn’t match what the online pictures suggested. The owner wasn’t receptive or sympathetic when I tried to discuss this concern. The bed was very hard. The overhead fan in the room was so noisy that it kept us awake. The door lock was badly aligned, making it hard to secure the room. Avlemonas is pretty isolated as a location, and even though we had a car it took at least half an hour to get to other food and drink locations. I would t locate there again. Left after 4 nights despite paying for 5.

The room was clean. The lady that cleaned our room was nice.
