The room was pretty basic.

The road leading up from town to accommodation can be a bit tight

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Artur (sorry not sure of spelling) and his mother made our stay feel very pleasant. The mother is a talented cook and went beyond to fulfill our toddlers request for pancakes. Thank you so much. Swimming pool was very nice. Rooms were spacious.

The upgraded room, although it looked clean, it wasnt. too much dust and pollen, you couldnt sit outside in the balcony. Had to clean the table inside for us to sit and eat. We removed the carpet due to the dog and looked like it needed a good mopping.... Suggest better coordintion next time.For a low season I would say it is not value for money and prices should be adjusted accordingly.

I am from Kalavryta and decided to stay there again after 10 years once I saw that they are pet friendly. The extra charge for a beagle was 10e for cleaning purposes.It is built in one of the best quiet areas of Kalavrita and there is plenty of nature to walk your dog + its a 5min(downhill) walk from the city center, suggest to have a car. Breakfast as expexted. The owner had forgotten our booking reservation, but upgraded us to another room.

the breakfast was very poor, the coffee was mostly water and no fruit at all. one of the worst breakfasts I ever had in a hotel. also the water in the shower wasn’t hot enough

Breakfast,even though everything was fresh, could have more options.

Rooms were really clean and warm. Stuff are extremely polite and friendly. Amazing view from your room. We enjoyed a lot stay at that place and will for sure consider that hotel for future.

They had the flexibility and upgraded me do a larger room with great view of the mountains and the city.

they installed guests in the flat above (we could hear them move) even though there was plenty of spare rooms. The breakfast was a little simple: the fried eggs cooked hours before (again even though there were 4 other guests) The orange juice was artificial- a crime when we are in the land of oranges :(

Breakfast could be improved in terms of variety and eg have fresh orange juice or espresso coffee included. The room decoration is also a bit outdated thus could use a renovation or else adjust the price accordingly

The location and views

Advertising 300 meters from center. However the direct access is not possible as the location is at the hill. You have to drive all the way around and the street is not in a good condition. The reception welcome and farewell was bad. No hospitality. Upon arrival the 3rd bed was not ready for us even though we arrived 30 min after the check in hours. 15:00. Not worthy of the amount of money spent.

Steep hill to access, our van did not make it, you need a strong engine.

Great views over the valley and mountains, very friendly family atmosphere, clean rooms and comfortable, bright and spacious. Walking distance to the village (although on top of a high hill). Large and modern swimming pool, beautiful views. Great breakfast, welcoming hosts.

I am very disappointed because the last night we didn’t have heat and was little bit cold. We tried to call reception but nobody answered. I went there and was total black inside. Also the last night the water of the shower was very cold. I cannot believe that nobody was there to help us..It’s very disappointing and I don’t think I could ever do that again to go there.

The facilities were great and the people very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast included was nice and with no limits.
