Tha main room has no door and is connected to the living room.

The place is beautiful, you are a few minutes (by car) from the beach, but the place has gardens and places where you feel really far from the city. Near the apartments, you can find markets and restaurants in a walking distance. The host was friendly and attentive to our necessities, offering places to visit and, inside the land, some beautiful waterfalls that you can visit and connect with nature. It was the perfect ending for our vacations and we'll most definitely be back.

The beds were a little hard and the kitchen could have been better equipped but we ate out a lot so managed OK. It's worth checking if you go slightly out of season if the pool is filled as it wasn't when we arrived which is understandable, but was a shame as we had two young children (we visited in early/mid April)

Our host Christina was so lovely and very helpful. The village of Anthousa has everything you need and the locals are very welcoming! The apartments are surrounded by olive and lemon trees and there is a waterfall on the owners land you are allowed to walk down to. They have made a very beautiful place to stay, we loved it!

We visited out of season so we were the only guests and the pool wasn't open yet.

A beautiful house with balconies facing the sea. The view is stunning! It is located in a small village with shops and some restaurants but close enough to Praga and all the services. There is a pool and a large garden to enjoy, and even a waterfall on site. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful!

Everything. Christina and Vasilis were super nice. The rooms were clean, spacious with excellent view. The pool had great view and was decorated with flowers. Bonus access to ...two amazing waterfalls. I guess this is what happens when great taste meets hard work. I hope we will be able to visit again.

There is nothing you cannot like. The place is simply heavenly.

We had an amazing experience. The room was perfect, the bed extremely comfy, the view was breathtaking. The breakfast was exquisite, the staff extremely kind and friendly. We loved our spacious balcony and the pool area. There is a beautiful garden we also enjoyed - the place is absolutely ideal for couples. We wanted to stay longer and we will definately visit again!

We stayed in Filoxenia, with a small child, at the beginning of July 2023. A perfect vacation, just as we imagined. Excellent accommodation, beautiful pool, area around the pool, nature. There is also a waterfall on the property itself, which definitely takes your breath away. Kristina and Vaislis are great people, always ready to help you.. The breakfast is excellent... Everything is very clean, in and around the accommodation, you can definitely see that they have a well-coordinated team around them. A place for all recommendations.. We will definitely be back!!!

As soon as you enter, you fall in love with that place from Lulet, surrounded by a very good staff! Everything was clean! The pool was very clean the view was relaxing! I felt very respected by the staff there! Parking is safe! Very close to the beach! Thank you!

The hosts, Christina and Vasillis were lovely and always very helpful. Situated in a quiet area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the views were spectacular from the balconies. Service was great, particularly breakfasts. Reasonable sized pool and gardens including a waterfall - definitely worth seeing. Situated in Anthousa, there was access to Voltas Beach and Parga either by walking through orange and lemon groves or by taxi. Overall, very good value and lovely holiday with a very warm welcome from Christina and Vasillis.

That I didn't stay longer.

First of all the owners. Very very sweet and full of kindness. When I left I couldn't help but hug and kiss them both. The location is speachless. The pool, the flowers, the entrance and the view from balcony. Everywhere you turn your head you meet a smile. I didn't expect that my return in Parga could be so wonderful.
