We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel's terrasses and its restaurant offer a magnificent view to the sea and the Castle of Platamon. All is clean and well maintained but what is really exceptional is the hospitality. These people really care about their guests. They know from day 1 what you like and try to please you as much as possible. If we have the chance to go there again, we'll do with pleasure!

We have travelled the globe extensively, across all continents, and occasionally come across gems like this one. They are rare, and it is always a great pleasure to fill our book of memories with another one. Hospitality here was exceptional, and so was the food. They just kept on giving us tasters of the most delicious treats. On top of that, the views were amazing and the room very comfortable. It's hard to top this.

Romaniathe elevator is not working properly, there were problems with hot water and the finishes on the balcony were not ready; at 8.00 in the morning, the workers were making noise.
very well located, with a beautiful panorama, the hotel is quiet, clean with friendly staff. Good enough breakfast, you can dine in the restaurant, where the food is very good and the prices are acceptable.
