Hotel that need to be refreshed. Expensive for what it is. Lack of entertainments

Location is good Breakfast buffet has enough to choose from but the quality is average. The view is pretty nice! Lots of great restaurants around accessible at walking distance.

At breakfast, they have a real problem with birds. Birds are all over trying to steal your food 🙂

The beach is very nice. They can keep your luggage's and also offer a shower room for a late checkout.

The elevator hardly worked and carryign heavy bags up two floors was not the welcoming experience.

I loved the hotel area community in which this property was situated because it allowed for easy access to restaurants and night life at night. It felt safe with soo many other tourists walking within the space as well.

The buffet was not very good and I think there was not much value for money. One down point is the fact that being in the Caribbean there was no much entertainment.

We read the reviews of the hotel when booking and they were not great but having stayed there I can say we loved the hotel, the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

Not much to dislike. The things we needed worked, but because of the spontaneous nature we didn't try a lot. Mostly waited out the time to the next boat.

It was a very spontaneous booking, as our ferry to Dominica was cancelled very late, but we we're welcomed and helped with everything we needed for waiting out a storm. Nice bar and good breakfast. We didn't try the lunch/dinner at the hotel (because there were several small restaurants just outside on the road with superb food). Not many people on the beach in the AM.

Needs renovation and maintenance. Lunch buffet was overpriced at 37E per person. Old TV. Only two small pillows in beds. Needs better cleaning.

The private beach was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Good location close to lots of places of interest and a small walk and ride to iles de Grosier

The pool of the hotel really, really, really needs a new ladder! Everyone complained! Not only was it loose but it was missing a step which made it practically impossible to get out of the pool without someone's assistance! Actually quite dangerous! That was non acceptable because it's just a lack of maintenance (easy to change or repair) The building in which was located our bedroom is really old and looks a little runned down! It was probably great many years ago but definitely needs to be refreshed and modernized! the outside as well as the rooms, especially the bathroom! But we knew when we booked that the hotel wasn't the most modern but the location was very convenient for us and the price was right! So it didn't come as a surprise!

The location of the Hotel was great and everything was of easy access and the staff was very efficient and helpful. The woman who runs the shop was adorable! Also the breakfasts were generous and plentiful !

This is a perfectly good hotel, although in places it's a little outdated. My room was clean and comfortable, There was a good choice at breakfast and even though it was busy, nothing ever seemed to be missing. The beach was perfect for relaxing and never too busy. Food and drink in the bar is on the pricey side, but there's other cheaper options nearby. There's car hire options right outside the entrance and there is a courtesy room where you can take a shower after the official checkout time, before heading to the airport. It's about a 15 minute walk into Le Gosier centre.

Dinner was expensive compared to its taste. Overall I though the hotel was rather expensive (the whole area around the hotel, seemed like expensive).

The hotel has good breakfast, and nice location with direct access to an amazing beach. Internet is good. The view and pool is good too.
