1) Cleanliness could have been better - but on receiving feedback this was resolved. They do clean the apartment whenever requested 2) Breakfast could have been a bit better - but then again given it is a holiday apartment, happy it was even available 3) Wifi was patchy but was better than the other countries in West Africa I visited

Lots of positives. 1) Great check in and check out experience. Excellent pick up and drop off service - rare to find such a good service even in Asia 2) Very responsive owner. Responses on the app were rompt and helpful. They also went the extra mile to keep the guests happy and comfortable. They are locals but live in the UK, so communication was easy 3) Apartment was large, fully aircon with TV, washing machine and all facilities. They have generator for power outages 4) Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby 5) Great beach a short walk away - this beach is popular with locals and expats alike

The Power went out and I sweated in the heat all night. My husband and I also found people in the apartment after we came back from errands. We were not informed that they were coming to fix one of the air conditioners. We felt violated but nothing was taken.

I liked the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment.

Check out and transport to airport (which is included in teh Jabali service !) was a bit stressfull because I had to wait for de owner who had to check a broken part in the shower which was the result of wastage and not of misusage. Normally there would be far enough time to reach the airport but with contruction of the road and result of heavy rainfall I was just in time to check in.

Breakfast is simple but was good enough for me. Every day cleaning ladies come to clean the room. For the rest the standard quality at Jabali is the same since I stayed the first time 5 years ago. Staff is very polite and friendly. Please check channels of satellite tv.

I was in Apt 2 two bed room. The washing machine did not work. Ask the cleaning person to wash my clothes. The beds in my room did not have mattresses. I was sleeping on box springs. Breakfast was basic. No fruit

Everything about Jabali apartment was excellent from start to finish, the staff were always there to help if needed very respectful, one review from a previous tourist stated that Benson was a problem, I can reassure he is not there now cos I was a little taken back, the apartment and the area is very safe. The beach close by perfect very clean it was nice mixing with local people instead of tourists brilliant. Will never stay at a hotel again now I found this little Gem everything you need home from home PERFECT

Power on and off during the night due to no diesel for generator. Was without a shower for 8 days of our stay. The owners were away and this very evident during our stay, but as owner's it is them who should be held responsible.

We have stayed at Jabalia previously and have never had reason for complain. This is why we returned with our friends.

Manager was a liar and thief , took 6 days to be moved from an apartment that both bathrooms flooded to an apartment where the Aircon didn't work , breakfast was a nightmare, didn't have most things on menu then orders came out wrong , pointless trying to talk with staff as they would just make excuses ,nod and smile , would avoid this place ,looks good on paper but a nightmare stay from start to finish

that was until we met Benson the so- called manager. never in my life have I felt so uneasy and harassed by a staff member. after day 2, things went downhill went he asked my partner and I for MONEY as his son in Liberia was unwell. To say I was was shocked was an understatement. however we sympathised and said that we would see what we could do under the circumstances. i have been in these types of situations before and 9 times out of 10 it’s bulls*** however, I wanted to give benson the benefit of the doubt, being that even by asking us, his job could be in the line. we were unable to accommodate his request due to our own personal circumstances and suggested that he used out deposit and returned it before the date we left (in 6 days time) but benson harassed us, calling and messaging and begging saying that his boss had the money and that he needed even D2600. the request went from $300 to D2600 so I was suspicious and knew it was crap. we did not respond. instead we carried on with our stay. i felt very uncomfortable but didn’t want to get benson into trouble. before long, benson became too over familiar with us, coming to our rooms, bursting in after knocking but NOT waiting to be told to come in, ringing, messaging all the time etc. he burst into our room several times, even after being told not to. when I told him off the second time he apologised and it didn’t happen again. benson began to emotionally manipulate us by making out he was giving us a discount for our additional 3 night stay- a cost he said HE me. i grudgingly extended our stay due to reasons out of our control. benson made out he was giving us a discount for booking with him rather than the boss… but he wasn’t. his cost was the same cost as on Booking.com. several times he harassed us for extra money, claiming that the boss had requested our cash when this was a lie. i had asked the boss via Booking.

well where do I begin. we were so excited to learn that we had been upgraded to a two bedroom property before arrival. the driver collected us from the bus terminal and the service was impeccable. despite our car getting crashed into (not our drivers fault!!) he kept his composure and got us to Jabali safely. Mariam and the other cleaning and restaurant staff were so adorable and pleasant. As we left in such a haste, I didn’t get to tip her but I will be back to do so as she was lovely. wifi was great whilst it lasted. free breakfast was decent. location was wonderful. Bouba the recommended driver provided the best service to us. he went above and beyond and always looked after us. having a washing machine is such a luxury and really sets this apartment above others.

1. lack of tv channels 2. lack of breakfast choices 3. worn and uncomfortable couch 4. showers leak from underneath and the sinks leak from the wall. There is more water outside of the shower on the floor than what you used.

The facilities were bad. All through my stay (7 days) the bathroom was blocked, very bad plumbing issues. Reported it several times but to no avail.
