There was nothing which I didn't like.

A very comfortable place.. the room was big enough, well furnished, very quiet.. also the location is perfect, nice little walk to the bus stop, also proximity to the city centre is acceptable (10minutes walk or little more).

Getting to Nuuk can be a real difficulty given the weather--we were delayed by several days coming from Iceland due to multiple canceled flights. But the hotel staff were very understanding, and we were not penalized at all. We found the staff to be kind and caring, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. This is a winner.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always making sure everything was ok. The restaurant manager greeted me and made sure I was really happy...just because. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel with the treatment they gave. Was completely unexpected. This hotel is a nonprofit hotel too! The manager upgraded my room without me asking or expecting it. The room was lovely and comfortable. Very very clean and nice bathroom. Was nice and relaxing.

Everything was great. Nice hotel and room. Staff members were friendly and professional. A little far from the city center (20 minutes walk), but I didn't mind it. Free WiFi and breakfast. I had dinner a couple of times, and the food was great and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff, especially Lasse but also all the kitchen staff. Great location for an Arctic Umiaq Ferry also for the Disko line explorer boat to Kapisillit, 15min walking distance to the Nuuk town centre

There was no lift and we had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Not a problem for us but worth mentioning. Will definitely stay again.

Great location for a short overnight stay. We got booked into this hotel by the Customer Service of Booking team as a replacement booking, after we were left stranded by another property. The lady at the check-in desk was friendly and showed great empathy to our situation. The room was spacious, neat and tidy.

Morten kindly picked us up at the airport and gave us a lot of good information about Nuuk on the way to the hotel. We loved our room with a view of the port. It was quiet, nicely furnished and just what we needed.

The hotel room, the food, the staff: everything more than excellent. It is a 10-minute walk from downtown, but in return you get a beautiful view of the harbor. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in a good location near to the harbour in Nuuk. We booked at short notice after a change in our travel plans and we weren't disappointed. Room was comfortable and spacious, check-in was easy and the breakfast was good. The hotel were very kind and let us leave our suitcases at reception on the day of departure.

Large comfortable room. ,Great onsite reasonably priced restaurant with great daily specials and a much appreciated included breakfast with cereals, breads, juices, etc.. Practically next door to the ferry and winter departure site of the water taxi tours and a reasonable walk to the mall/downtown. Very friendly staff who let me check in when the room was ready and answered my questions.

the room I got was a corner room with views of the waters. the room was very comfy and of a good size. best of all, I got an upgrade from my original booking n when my flight was cancelled, they extended my stay at the same rate! it was a v nice act in the midst of chaos. I walked to the city on both days and while it’s definitely a walk it was manageable for me n I enjoyed the environment. highly recommended!!!!
