To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A very comfortable place.. the room was big enough, well furnished, very quiet.. also the location is perfect, nice little walk to the bus stop, also proximity to the city centre is acceptable (10minutes walk or little more).

Getting to Nuuk can be a real difficulty given the weather--we were delayed by several days coming from Iceland due to multiple canceled flights. But the hotel staff were very understanding, and we were not penalized at all. We found the staff to be kind and caring, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. This is a winner.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always making sure everything was ok. The restaurant manager greeted me and made sure I was really happy...just because. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel with the treatment they gave. Was completely unexpected. This hotel is a nonprofit hotel too! The manager upgraded my room without me asking or expecting it. The room was lovely and comfortable. Very very clean and nice bathroom. Was nice and relaxing.

Everything was great. Nice hotel and room. Staff members were friendly and professional. A little far from the city center (20 minutes walk), but I didn't mind it. Free WiFi and breakfast. I had dinner a couple of times, and the food was great and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location for a short overnight stay. We got booked into this hotel by the Customer Service of Booking team as a replacement booking, after we were left stranded by another property. The lady at the check-in desk was friendly and showed great empathy to our situation. The room was spacious, neat and tidy.

Room was comfortable and spacious, check-in was easy and the breakfast was good. The hotel were very kind and let us leave our suitcases at reception on the day of departure.

Practically next door to the ferry and winter departure site of the water taxi tours and a reasonable walk to the mall/downtown. Very friendly staff who let me check in when the room was ready and answered my questions.

Singaporethe room I got was a corner room with views of the waters. the room was very comfy and of a good size. best of all, I got an upgrade from my original booking n when my flight was cancelled, they extended my stay at the same rate! it was a v nice act in the midst of chaos. I walked to the city on both days and while it’s definitely a walk it was manageable for me n I enjoyed the environment. highly recommended!!!!
