Everything was to our complete satisfaction

This hotel creates a warm atmosphere with its familiar and friendly staff. The breakfast is varied and great. The rooms are cozy with a little kitchen. The view over the Disko Bay is every morning different depended on the morning light. If we come back to Greenland, we will be back here in the hotel immediately.

Amazing staff...Instead of a 4 night stay, due to an Icelandair flight cancellation, I could only stay for 1 night. My flight was later than expected in arriving but I was met at the airport by a smiling staff member. Lovely room with neighbouring dog giving a welcome!! Super breakfast and very helpful staff giving me help to get an early walk into Ilulissat before returning to hotel for return trip to airport. Hospitality at its best! Thank you all so much.

The staff was SO nice, very responsive to messages, and easy to get ahold of if they weren't in the office. The downstairs all day tea/coffee thing they had going was great. Our favorite was probably the very varied breakfast that included fresh vegetables though! Amazing, would love to stay again.

Can't think of anything - really nice.

Amazing place, super friendly staff, I even got gluten free buns packed for me for travel, that was super nice. It was cheaper than other hotels. There was kettle in the room, huge bonus.

Lovely staff, they went above and beyond for our stay. The breakfast was incredible, there was always hot water during the day for free tea and coffee and everyone was super friendly. Easily a perfect stay for your time here!

Loved everything.

Excellent property. Welcoming staff, great rooms with mountain or iceberg views. Tasty breakfast and bus to town just outside. Also transfers to airport.

The location is quite far from the town center, about 15-30 minutes walking distance. There's no lift in the hotel, so have to carry the luggage if you get higher floor.

The receptionist is nice and friendly. The hotel environment is good and the icebergs viewing is just nearby.

I hope the floor can be cleaned and the tissue paper can be supplemented during room cleaning service.

The space of the room is sufficient. The air and the light inside are good, too. The shower facility is the best, which you can control the temperature and the strength precisely. The staff are friendly! The breakfast is tasty everyday.

The property was just fine. It is located however on the airport side of the bridge and marina - a short 15 min. Walk to town.

Little far from the centre. The shower has no border with the floor so gets wet. No hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Airport pickup was provided. Little kitchenette in the room. Half of the rooms have sea view, others face the road. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent, rooms were comfortable (if you keep in mind you're not in Paris or NYC - they are fairly basic but great for where you are), location was great, and the staff was super helpful/responsive.

Nice hotel with an amazing staff. Very friendly and kind people are working there. The room we had was equipped with small kitchen, fridge and dining table which is super cool if you want to cut down the costs and prepare some meals instead of going to the restaurants. I would stay here again.

Facility The room facilities are very good, the heating is very sufficient, you can adjust the degree according to the need. Cooktop and refrigerator in the kitchenette work well. The room is cleaned every day. View My room has a iceberg view. That’s so amazing. Staff The staff are very friendly and would like to help. I had a problem with my charging plug and the staff lent it to me for free and also provided me with very useful information for travel. Breakfast Breakfast is also good. Nutritional balance

All was fine.

We are a family of five including 3 children, and the apartment we lived on the 4th floor was spacious enough and has such an amazing view. We had a comfortable stay and the place made a positive experience for our travels in Ilulissat. I would definitely recommend it to larger families ad anyone wishing a spacious and comfortable stay in one of the most far away locations in the world. Great thanks to the staff member Oraly (from France) for her hospitality and friendliness.

Cleaning wasn't good. Price is quite high. A place to dry your clothes and shoes would be nice. Pillows were not good.

Transport from airport and to harbour. Busstop to town is near. Hotel is quiet and basic breakfast.
