I didn't like the fact that the bar area was not open. The wifi sucked and my room had no city view.

Our room was not ready at check in so we had to stay in a 1br for one night instead of a 2br. They did refund the difference however; there seems to be a disconnect between Bookings and the boat properties as even with a reservation via Bookings the boat property can still "overbook' the room. If that is in the fine print it needs to become more visible so guest are fully aware. Wi fi could also be better. Overall good property very quiet only has 30 rooms more like an apartment building than hotel. Close to everything including a small grocery store and two restaurants that are within walking distance.

We loved the fact that the Hotel was near restaurants, loved our dinner from Olive Gardens a stone throw restaurant from the hotel.

Bel Air Crest is a home away from home. If you're in town for business, looking for privacy and your own home is unavailable then this is the best option. My kids and I love it here and it's our go to whenever in Ghana. The staff are amazing and super accommodating.

The sky bar was under renovation and so was the jacuzzi. The internet did not work the last 2 days I was there. Wifi should be improved. They did not have a menu for the room service as they said many of the items was not available. $40 for steak seemed like a steal, but I could be wrong. Even if you don’t offer a lot of the foods on the menu, guests still want to see a menu with a price list.

First, it should be made clear by Booking.com that this place is NOT a hotel. I find that increasingly booking is proposing apartments even when we check the box "hotel". When I checked in I didn't receive much information, for example nothing on the proposed breakfast in the morning, so I went without a breakfast The apartment was very nice but the bathroom is too small with no space to put my toiletries around the sink.

Very nice apartment, well decorated, excellent bed. The building is nicely designed, in a good and calm surrounding, nice pool. I think it is nice if you come for a long stay, that you have a car to do the groceries etc

fridge didnt Work, skybar was not working. had to Call Reception before mini fridge was stocked up. gym aircondition was off and with temp at 35 degrees. turning it on only when someone wanted to Train was no point as it never got comfortable enough for Training .

everything else was a flop. the room smelled like sewage at night, fruit flies everywhere, loud bangs in the rooftop without notifying guests, loud music from other rooms, no full length mirror in the room, the space wasn’t the cleanest and the kitchen appliances weren’t working properly until we complained to get them fixed. I stayed here for more than 20 days and left disappointed.
