The Hotel is situated in an area that is underdeveloped and the road leading to and fro the hotel is not very good.

The breakfast was good. However, the location of the hotel was not perfect.

Same breakfast. I got tired of it by the 3rd morning. I would prefer an option without breakfast because the breakfast is too basic with no varieties. The door locks needs to be checked for proper functioning. I had some issues which I reported to the staff.

The neatness of the apartment and courteous staff. The apartment had all basic amenities including microwave, kettle, cutleries, plates etc.

Breakfast IS NOT included for everyone! Only one breakfast per room! Very deceiving on their Booking.com page. I've never experienced one breakfast per room. So my parents had to pay for a 2nd breakfast each day which was just eggs, beanie weenies, and dry toast with coffee. Coffee we had to make ourselves! It made no sense. Breakfast included should be for everyone in a room. They harassed me for 2 days for payment because their card reader couldn't process my card. I discovered that their POS machine couldn't process payments over 3000 Cedis! You would think they would know this, but no I was hounded for 2 days and asked to get cash for payment. But it was their machine the whole time. That whole process left a bad taste in my mouth. The water was super hot, but it barely lasted for my entire shower. It was luke warm 3 minutes into my shower. I barely finished my wash routine! One of the days I needed to wash my hair, and I did it military style (wash with water turned off) and still the water turned cold within 5mins. No elevator! Wifi is meh.

The room was spacious with a full kitchen which was nice. The beds were comfortable, good selection on the TV, and furnished pretty well. The staff was friendly, and the cleaning crew made sure the rooms were thoroughly cleaned each day. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. If you're lucky you'll catch the school kids nearby singing in the morning. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Microwave in my room was not working even though they offered another Microwave in a different room, it was not convenient to go heat food in a different room. Also they do not check for towel & sheet change plus room cleaning unless u request.

The rooms are huge and very nice. The staff is amazing, thanks to Frank and his colleagues for the support during the stay. They were always ready to help and very friendly.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms! It also comes with a kitchen to make your own meals. Clean and very good shower! Free Wi-Fi but a bit slow.
