Furniture is too old. In the bathroom we don't had robe and other bath accesories. Also plaster was falling from the ceoling of the balcony.

We liked the sea view from our room and the girls from the reception were very polite.

Size and variety of the food for a breakfast downstairs and the lunch upstairs in the rooftop’s restaurant.

Sea view from the room, baby bed, comfortable room, quality of almost everything, free parking close by, spa, salty sea water indoor pool. Location - close to the beach, old town, harbor, park with the lake.

Security guy at the entrance didn't respond on out greating. A bit dusty in the bathroom, old furniture, there was no shoehorn

Ventilation in the bathroom, there was a smell when it was kept closed for long.

Big spacious rooms, huge bathroom, lovely view from the balcony looking out to the sea. Convenient central location close to Europe square. Great coffee shop and friendly service.

At 19th floor you can hear the howling of the wind and the noise from the bar.

The place is close to the beach/Batumi Boulevard, also about 15-20 minutes walk from Europe Square and Piazza Square My room was upgraded to executive room at 19th floor

There's nothing what we didn't like. To be picky, i would just say that the hairdryer in our room wasn't properly working. For Batumi it's somewhat pricey but it was absolutely worthy, so we didn't want to leave.

My husband and I had a king room on the 15th floor and the view was breathtaking. We liked that the spa (sauna and swimming pool) was included in our stay. Nice staff who offered to speak in English or Russian besides Georgian with the same pleasure for the guests's comfort. Oh and i loved the opportunity to order khachapuri to the spa, which by the way was finger licking tasty!

Everything is nice

Location is good & the property is also nice. Breakfast was decent good variety. Honestly when I checked I was not happy there was no water the glass were not clean. We got really upset. But then came hotel manager TINA she was excellent she just made everything perfect for us. She is excellent. One more important I was really impressed as there some disabled staff giving there 100%in the job. So happy to see such initiatives taken.

The hotel should take more attention to own staff checks. New sneakers disappeared from the closed room on the last day of our staying and it's shame for Hilton. It would be nice to stay there again, but I can't imagine to keep all belongings including clothing and shoes inside a suitcase equipped a lock. I would expect more the hotel involvement in search.

The building glass windows are not reflected we couldn’t enjoy the view due to sun light and less privacy also the curtain isn’t covering the hall window with 5 feet gap the sun light will wake you up early.

Room had some technical issue and we had to move to the same room on another floor. While not a big deal, and we were compensated for that, it's still an inconvenience.

The room was spacy and with a great view (city, lake, a bit of sea). Excellent location near the beaches, boulevard, and everything. Café at 20th floor is very good. Delicious breakfast. Everything is very clean. Hotel has bicycles that are free for guests. Pool is excellent. Executive lounge is also useful.

not that clean as there was smell come from the carpet. one/two elevators were not on the service from time to time The variety of breakfast menu was not wide The noise level was too high so that no noise isolation was there.

We had our cat with us. Paid +50$ for it (read conditions in advance :-) ).

Room was perfect - freely upgraded for us by the hotel. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Bar on the top of the roof. Free parking outside (don't pay for 18$ per night at underground one!).

the view from the room wasn't so good; as the second building is very close to our balcony and even my bed in the room. So even number room is not very good. As my previous experience was in odd number room. And there's real difference in spite of the same category. I had feeling like I'm under observation and was difficult to relax fully. So I think if I book the same hotel next time I'll ask for the room with odd number. When we arrived we learnt that the swimming pool was under renovation. So I had no chance to swim in the pool. I think the inside pool is more important in winter time when you're not able to swim in the sea.
