I think they could be a bit more environmentally friendly and have refillable water stations as there are lots of plastic bottles being used. One block requires updating, I was having cold showers and some of the facilities appeared a bit outdated. Staff were helpful and I changed rooms with a better bathroom and sea view. Found the beds a bit too springy/ soft for my liking Too many cruise ship people who unload and take up half of the beach on some days

I read quite a few mixed reviews but I'm glad I chose to stay here, I had a really nice time staff were accommodating, friendly and approachable. I asked to change my room a few times and they were all helpful. Good location, on the beach!

The wifi service in our room sucked, but was eventually rectified. Dominique at the front desk at night was not interested in helping us when we had a couple questions, she was not friendly at all.

Location was ideal for us, the beach is beautiful. The workers there were awesome, especially Tewana, she was very patient and sweet, and breakfast was good.

No welcome drink after travelling for many hours from the UK. The water urn was empty and in the hour it took to check in (big queue) it was not refilled. The 2 person tables in the restaurant were all wobbly and meant spilt coffee and juice every morning. Doors creek ( we fixed our bathroom one with butter). The 2 big draws in our room were broken and if you got them open you couldn't close them. Why are there so few umbrella's around the pool? The music from the pool bar was excessively loud. If one side could have been designated a quiet area many of us would have been happier. There were very few youngsters and It was loud reggae music. When asked to turn it down they refused despite us asking all 7 people around our bit of the pool if they would like us to do that. Management said the music was up to the staff. This is our third and last visit. There used to be a laundry in the block but that has now gone only hotel laundry available as we were there 25 nights clothe washing was necessary. The ice machine has gone, you had to walk to the bar to get some. They ran out of very basic things, shampoo and body wash several times, teaspoons at breakfast and breakfast tea, also on three occasions when we ordered a Radisson burger there were no burgers, some days hand towels were short. They claim to be trying to be green and if you hang your towels up they are not changed, to save chemicals and water use, only on one occasion did this happen. also we hung the towels on the door as there are no towel hooks.

The Beach and pool are lovely. The Bed is comfortable. The general cleaning is good.

Hotels was overpriced for the stay drinks and food was double the price compared to outside the hotel hotel is in need of renovations fridge door fell off after we asked for it to be repaired We got charged for 4 breakfasts when should have been 2 gave us wrong bill for the room number didn’t refund us back £52 for the double breakfasts they charged us When you book the hotel you pay at the hote when you get there but you have to pay extra service charge and tax so extra £274 on top of the price

The restaurants were overwhelmed and lost our orders even though waitstaff very nice. Food was not great. I feel if managed better, the food services of the hotel could really add to the whole experience because right now it let's the hotel down a bit

The room has seen better times, altogether the cleanliness was okay but I expected more for that price.

The location at the Grande Anse Beach is fantastic, you can just walk from your room to the sea in under one minute. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is kind and the pools are fantastic as well. The hotel resort is very green and you have a lot of palm trees you are walking by. Breakfast is fair, nothing special but enough to start your day right.

The ONLY thing that I didn’t like was that I had to call the front desk and housekeeping several times before someone would answer sometimes. Guest services was usually rather quick though.

The staff was wonderful and very hospitable! They were extremely accommodating. I emailed in advance for an early check in and check out and they were able to accommodate both requests. I was able to get into my room by 1 p.m. I think and I got a late checkout for 5 p.m. I will definitely be staying here again.

I had a Twin Room, not my preference but the Beds were both big enough, as it happened. One of the beds however, had not had fresh sheets fitted. When pulling back the covers for the first time, it was clear that they were used sheets, there was even a Childs Dirty Sock in the bed, from a previous occupant.

Breakfast was fine, a good buffet. All of the staff were very nice and facilities were as expected. Good value for money, there was enough around the area and the Beach so close...!! Great.

Easy to walk down the beach to check out the surroundings and even town if you're up for a bit of a walk. The resort itself has many options for bars, restaurants and pools. Rooms were clean and of decent standard.

Slow service.

Okay, this could be an excellent property; it's reasonably priced, it's right on a beautiful beach, it has an awesome pool and the food isn't horrible. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, BUT I have never had such slow service in my life and every other guest we spoke to had the same experience. I would not say this experience was just limited to this hotel as the service at some of the restaurants we went to was similarly slow and I mean slow. So if you do not mind waiting for food and drink, I recommend this hotel very highly. It was less than 10 minutes from the airport as well.

Check in took too long. There were not enough electrical outlets in 2 of the occupied rooms. Coffee machines should be updated the fridge in the rooms were way to small. A bottle of wine was not able to fit in the fridge. The ice bucket needs to be able to hold ice & a bottle.

Everything went well. Breakfast & all the meals were exceptional every day. Room was always clean. The view was spectacular. The grounds were clean and maintained. Beautiful flowers and huge trees provided shade and a gentle breeze during the day & night.

There were never any towels available for the pool or the beach on multiple occasions. The wait time for food orders was very long at every restaurant especially during lunch and dinner.

The location to the beach is amazing and the resort is very clean. The resort staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The choice at breakfast was just what I expected, lots to choose from. The beach was great no one to hassle you whilst you're lying in the sun enjoying your holiday.
