Lous music on the beach though it happened only one day and until midnight. The food can definitely improve.

Great facilities with lovely swimming pools, gyms and right on the beach. When I was there a very lousy concert wad on the beach further down the hotel making it difficult to speak while eating at the restaurant. Food can definitely improve as from radisson we would expect better cousine. Overall a good experience and definitely a place for families.

Not enough Variety in the meals. And I saw a drunken person just open the gate and come right up to the restaurant while we were having dinner that had me a bit uncomfortable, as that clearly was a security breach.

The space and the room easy access. Also the hotel made you relax. I enjoyed the Breakfast was on point, and I must say that I had to be on a special diet for a day and night and my request of just broth was prepared specially for me.

I didn’t care for the food. I don’t believe the high prices matched the quality of food. I have no problem with paying high prices but at least let it be high in quality as well.

Needed an outside bar overlooking sea

I was assigned a room which was pretty noisy outside, especially in early morning due to hotel staff talks or cleaning jobs. In addition, one light in the bathroom is not working. I did not ask for change due to my short stay.

The hotel is always my preferable choice whenever I visit Grenada due to its great location and facilities. If one wants to eat outside, it is also convenient to walk along the beach to get to good restaurants nearby. With the new manager, the service has been significantly improved in terms of timing and quality. For example, breakfasts went very smoothly without any queue even when there was a conference there. When we were checking out, one staff approached, proactively checked our taxi arrangement for the airport and then helped us to do it.

the room.. bed was too soft and the bathroom glass door was missing

the ambiance.. for example the pool and the scenary and the fact that its close to grand anse... the customer service was great too
