The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant attached had excellent food.

We had no problems with the property apart from that slight smell. We ate at the adjoining Moroccan/Turkish restaurant and we were in unison in saying the food and service were excellent.

Very friendly welcome, room upgraded which was lovely but there was a slight smell to room no 201. Although we booked individually, we were a party of 3 couples and a toddler. We all had upgrades and were allowed a later departure as well.

The bathroom was our only bad part of this review, don’t get me wrong it’s done to a lovely standard but the toilet was too close to the wall, and the water pressure on the shower was really terrible, as said for such a nice bathroom there would be space to rectify both issues and make it 10/10

Property was very nice and kept clean to a high quality. Bed was comfortable, it was a very hot weekend so the air con was very appreciated! Stayed two nights and the room was cleaned each day, which we didn’t expect, so that was nice. Would return for a stay here. Also use the Turkish restaurant that’s joined to the hotel, that was excellent.

I totally forgot to mention it to the staff but the actual shower head wasn’t working completely. It could have also done with more space to hang cloths too. But I have to say a great idea for space that was there.

Was close to city centre and the room was nice plenty of draws. Bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet. The bathroom was nice too felt very luxurious for the price.

The green light on the emergency light in the room was ridiculously bright - lit the whole room and there was nothing I could do about it.

Bathroom was not that well lit above the sink/mirror area. TV was a bit temperamental, but that didn't really bother me.

Very welcoming and friendly receptionist. Very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other rooms/guests. Clean and tidy. Felt safe. Breakfast delivered to your room at a time to suit, and although the room next to mine had their breakfast delivered by a male member of staff, mine was delivered by a female, which made me feel as though they had lone female travellers security in mind.

The shower was not the best, the shower head unit was broken.

I checked in after 00:10 in the morning. Someone -maybe a member of staff- had been watching TV in the room before I arrived. The room was very hot with AC set at 27 Celcius and the complimentary biscuits wrapper was in the bin . A change of the mattress protector would have been nice as I coud see some patchy stain through the cleen white bed sheet.
